Garbage - I purchased 2 of these. Once setup the mouse on both worked fine. I could not get the keyboard to work on either computer. Call the Kensington support line and got someone in a foreign country attempting to speak english. Wasted three hours. They told me to bring them back to whom I purchased them from (it turns out to be them). Since Office depot does not actually stock this item in the store I have to wait for the manufacture to contact me for it to be returned. Stay away from this product (or anything Office Depot does not stock).

I have never returned anything to Home Essentials Direct, but this time I am. Two main issues: Shift key is tiny compared to other keyboards -- I kept hitting the / key instead. And the mouse seems to have an auto-shutoff, and no way to turn this feature off. Auto-off might be good for those who throw the mouse in a laptop bag and forget it, but I use it with my home desktop and would rather it be already on when I need it.

Other then thinking that I was missing the wireless dongle this is a great purchase. The dongle is put inside of the mouse and the picture for the directions is not too clear. Also it does not tell you that the mouse goes to sleep after a few minute of inactivity; you have to click one of the mouse buttons to wake it up.
Sort of OK but I hate that the mouse goes to sleep after a short idle time. I also worry that the sleep mode is an indicator of short battery life. I bought it because it's one of the few wireless keyboards with full size function keys but I'm going to keep looking.
I couldn't believe the price for a combination wireless keyboard and mouse. I've always had good experiences with Kensington products so decided to give this set a try. I haven't been sorry; love this combo!The keys have a great feel and positive little click, which I like. The mouse is a comfortable full size and I can get a good connection without having to sit directly at the computer desk.I would definitely recommend this product for reliability and price.
The 1st set I bought works EXCELLENT. this set I am having trouble with the mouse staying on and doing what I need done. It's very frustrating and cant seem to find a contact for the seller.
I really like the keyboard but I am unable to use it. The part you plug into the computer to make it wireless is missing, so neither the keyboard or the mouse works. Very disappointing!
Very easy to set up. Just plug in and play. Unfortunately, the batteries failed after the first minute so I had to replace them with my own but I saved money in this model so I’m still ahead.
good quality keyboard with a nice feel. simple design does the job. perfect reception from about 20' away. love that its spill resistant.
