The lasagne roller attachment is amazing. It is very easy and fast now to make homemade pasta and I was able to do it all by myself. With my old pasta machine, you needed one person to hold the dough and the other one to operate the machine. I would highly recommend this attachment. The online order was also easy and very speedy delivery.

It makes lasagna far quicker and way better than I can with a rolling pin plus cleans up with a damp cloth. The manual machine was a pain in comparison as it needed 2 people to crank it and feed the pasta through, this is so much better. Make sure you have some semolina flower to put on the rollers. It’s not a cheap tool but it’s a lot cheaper than buying the Italian motor to fit the manual rollers. I was a bit unsure before it arrived but I would definitely buy it again. I found the book ‘The Ultimate Pasta Machine Cookbook’ by Lucy Vaserfirer very good for recipes and ideas that made it a lot easier to get delicious results. It’s a ... I bought this attachment to use with the Kenwood Chef Premier KMC515 Food Mixer that I bought at the same time. Unfortunately the slow speed outlet on the mixer is the old bar type whereas the pasta roller has the new one. I was therefore obliged to fork out another 17.99 overpriced for the adaptor without which I cannot use it. None of this is made clear on either products description.

We recently bought a new Kenwood Chef and decided to push the boat out ang get a pasta roller attachment and we were really impressed with it. It is so easy to use and we have so far made lasangne sheets and tagliatelli by slicing the sheets into strips. The fresh pasta tastes much nicer than bought and for little effort, this has turned out to be a great purchase and we would highly recommend it.

Purchased not realising it would not fit my Kenwood however I was able to purchase a Kenwood bar adapter/ converter for a small cost. The pasta it has made has been exceptional.
I bought the lasagne roller and then had to buy the adaptor so it would work in my Titanium machine. As I do not live in the UK I had to pay extra postage to have it shipped overseas. Now that I tried to use the roller for the first time today I find that the rollers do not turn. I cant understand why because the machine is working properly but the bit that sticks out that fits into the machine does not turn the rollers. Ive spent over a 100 pounds on something that is now going to be useless.
This is a superb addition to the kitchen. My traditional hand cranked roller was ok but clamping it to the table was a bit of a faff and the handle had a tendency to fall off. This one gives you advantage of having both hands free which is superb and the pasta gets super-thin on settings 7-9. Ideal for ravioli and tortellini etc
Pros: Makes creating sheets of pasta super easy!Cons: Price... fairly expensive, but high quality build.
