My previous Kenwood hand mixer came with its own stand. Unfortunately the cables were frayed so it needed replacing and I was keen on another model with the Kenwood functionality and its own storage solution.These whisks are a little short and this mixer doesn't get to the bottom of a larger mixing bowl unless you tilt the bowl. It's got good speed options and the whisks are sturdy so they do a good job of mixing cakes etc.It's handy once packed just to place in a cupboard out of view. However, assembling for storage takes patience as the cable needs to be carefully wrapped around the mixer and fixed under restraints.

It is excellent if you’re tight on space but still need baking equipment. That being said, the wire is long and doesn’t fit in the box so the plug is loose which takes away from the end result. In terms of colour I received the blue hand mixer and it is a really lovely shade.
