Cons: not dishwasher compatible but otherwise fun to use
Pros: It shapes and help me saving time and effortCons: Firstly, its not for dishwasher! I didn’t read it because it’s metal so i gave it a wash. However the coating layer faded and it looks like old rusty metal just after one wash.And when u wash it by hand manually, you need to be precise and lots of area are hard to reach.So u need the needle stick to clean it. Basically in summary, it is hard to clean The cutter is absolutely nonsense. Dont cut at all but smashed! I ended up using knife to cut it.
Pros: I have used a number of pasta extruders and none of them have ever been up to the job. Everything else has been based on plastic and not up to the job. This seems to be extremely well made. In fact I bought my Kenwoo chef just in order to be able to use this gadget.Cons: nothing
Pros: The pasta attachment itself is good - good quality and works well. Also very easy to clean.Cons: I am not sure whether this is good value for money. I did not realise that it only comes with one pasta shaping dye when I purchased it (macaroni) and that I would have to purchase other dyes separately. For the price I would have expected as least two dyes.
