To me, it almost has a beachy-type scent to it, like coconut and fresh ocean salt water. It’s lovely! My husband, who is rather oblivious to most things like perfumes and so on, adored this scent! He kept going on and on about how great my hair smelled. That is something I don’t recall ever hearing before now from him. And yes, that subtle scent lasted all day long!Next, the application of the spray. Again, to be transparent, I must say that I found it to be great! Simply mist throughout dry hair, scrunch in and that’s it! Doesn’t get more complicated than that. For a mom that is forever behind on time, it’s perfect!Lastly, the biggest point…results. I’m here to say that in my experience, this refreshing curl spray delivers! With just a few squirts, I can instantly see my curls coming back—and staying formed all day. Below are before/after pics. Please note, the before was first thing in the morning, day 2 of not washing, and my hair had been in a tight bun the day prior and all night. The after is with just a few mists of the spray—not fully sprayed. The difference with only a few sprays v none is amazing! When fully finished, my hair looks refreshed & my curls are defined.

Great when combined with the regular Kerastase Curl Manifesto Conditioner (rinse out kind). Decent on its own, though. I have very curly, color-treated, dry, and frizz-prone hair. It curls beautifully, but will frizz up the second it touches humidity (and I live in the South, so...). I will often leave a regular conditioner, that's meant for rinsing out, in my hair as a leave-in. The REGULAR Curl Manifesto conditioner is amazing as a leave-in for me. I thought I'd try this, because it's slightly cheaper per ounce and you can only (for some reason) get the regular conditioner in the duo gift set on Sephora's website. This muuuuuuch thinner but works pretty well in reducing frizz. After using the Curl Manifesto Bain Hydration Douceur Shampoo as well as the Fondant Hydration Essentielle Conditioner my hair was super soft and light-weight. I then used the Crème De Jour Fondamentale leave-in and defused it and my curls were so bouncy and soft!So, a little about how I style, after rinsing the conditioner out I typically wrap my hair up in a t-shirt because I find using towels makes my hair frizzy. Smells Great!

I received this product free in exchange for a fair and honest review. I used the conditioner for 3 weeks total which equals about 9 washes. My hair has different curl types in different sections which makes it hard to manage. The good thing about this conditioner is that it smells great. That's about where the benefits stop for me. This product was too heavy for my hair. I have a lot of fine hair. The product when used along with its matching shampoo left a gross buildup on my hair which I've never experienced before. My hair really never felt moisturized completely and by the end of the third week of use I needed to use a clarifying treatment to get my hair to feel clean and soft again. Very moisturizing, great curls!

I decided to try out the shampoo and conditioner when I got a promotion where I got of complimentary comb and microfiber towel along with my purchase.I tried the shampoo and conditioner tonight and I love how soft they make my hair feel. My hair is highlighted and I like to add hydration to my hair. I will definitely look into purchasing more of these products that add moisture and hydration.I was pleased to see my curls looking bouncy and healthy after washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner, no frizz. I have thick and long hair which has a natural wave but often gets weighed down by the bulk of my hair.
