I'm a huge fan of Kerastase but have never tried this specific line. I have pretty fine, extremely dry highly color treated hair (almost silver blonde). This spray is a combination leave in conditioner, detangler, and heat protectant. It's lightweight, has a pleasant smell, and leaves it softer and shinier. The biggest plus for me is the detangling aspect. Fine dry color treated hair is never fun to comb out post shower, and spraying this makes it far easier. Comb almost slips through and as such I lose a lot less hair/have less breakage. The *only* reason I didn't give 5 stars is I almost never beat style my hair, so I can't really speak to that benefit of the product. It helped immensely when I sprayed it in before drying, my brush went through the ends of my hair much easier. I like that it protects hair from heat up to 450°F. I have to use my curling iron on a hotter setting (much less than 450) in order to hold curl.My hair is softer & more manageable. Over time with ingredients like niacinamide, I expect to have thicker strands and less loss. I love how easy this mist makes it to care for and protect delicate hair. My hair is usually frizzy and just a mess with the humid weather but not with this. My hair is manageable and beautiful after drying and looks so shiny and healthy. I really love how much sheen it gives when you straighten your hair with it. I think it is great for protection with no weigh down or residue. Instead of feeling like it weighs down strands it seems to give more volume and thicker strands. I absolutely love using this in combination with the rest of the system but this mist works well on its own as well. Overall I definitely recommend this mist to everyone looking for o improve the health of hair as well as protect it from the elements and especially styling!!
