I should have listened to other reviewers saying the handle is too thick to hold on to properly. It's thick enough that it's impractical for me to hold in one hand, which makes some exercises with it impossible. The price is right and the weight is good, but the ergonomics make it much more limited than it could have been, unless you have monster oversized hands.
Weight is correct but handle is to wide even for large hands to swing and clean safely. But like a novelty kettlebell.
This thing is as big as a basketball... the images dont really show its size... is is a great product and can be used, however if you are looking for a normal size KB this is not it
These "kettlebells" are plastic coated concrete or some other cheap material,I would be very wary of anything other than a cast iron kettle bell,if this style of "kettlebell" is left outside the plastic coating soon breaks down from UV and the product will virtually collapse-DANGEROUS if you happen to have it above your body at the time. Even 5kg dropped on a foot from waist height! This one didnt even make it through the post to me before it fell to pieces.It was split along the seams.
This is too large and made of plastic and also the stickers to indicate the weight don't stick onto the kettlebell
Overall very good laptop. But only 2.75GHz clock speed at 100% CPU usage, not 4.5GHz!
