Has both versions. Love the new version but it was a trade off in terms of user frindly.The interchangeable battery is a winner. Also acts as a remote switch. Quiet operation, great pressure, frugal water consumption and can really draw every drop out of the bucket.The downsides. Hose lock are fixed which made it hard to connect and tangle with battery cable. Would be better if this is a free ring or interlock like the battery connector.Water can get trapped in the shower head after use. You really need to pay a lot of attention before packing it back in the bag or it’s gonna be a pool in there.Overall I would still recommend though. Big improvement with a small trade offs. Make shower a lot more convenient while camping.

I think this is a great product.I used it to rinse of the wash on the car, as a bum washer and a shower. Get a bucket turn on the hose into the bucket and rinse stuff down including yourself.I am thinking, maybe if I have a metal bucket full of water, sit it on the burning gas stove and I will have a hot shower. Just put the end in the bucket and turn it on. Fantastic thing highly recommended. I rate it 5 star. Kickass so easy to order from, delivery is advised and on time. Everything is perfect.I recommend every one should have one for camping, essential, but in the suitcase for other uses when travelling..5 stars 5/5

I'm very happy with my purchase. I love a high pressure shower, which is unrealistic in a camp shower, but this is a really good alternative when you can't have mains pressure. Works well and I have found additional uses for it, like cleaning the windows on my apartment balcony and rinsing the van where I don't have access to a tap. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Have spent a bit of time putting this thing through its paces, including running it for 40 minutes straight in the kitchen sink to see how it held up. Didn't miss a beat.With the updated version you now get the 2.4m hose which makes it much more convenient for placement (previous incarnation had a 1.8m hose).Lithium battery + USB chargeable makes this a no brainier, especially considering the price.
I'm using this shower with a 20 litre Jerry can of water while camping or surfing in remote locations. Works great, decent flow and good battery capacity. I like the little carry bag that comes with it to. If I really wanted, I could boil some water and put it into the jerry can or bucket of water and have a warm shower.The only negatives is that once i've finished using it, water remains in the hose and leaks out, so I have found blowing it out with my mouth before putting it away definitely helps. I also find the shower head attachment feels a bit flimsy, so I use the higher pressure head on it which acts more like a hose than a shower.Overall I think its a great addition to my camping setup and would recommend it.

I love my KickAss Portable Camping Shower with Lithium Battery. It has solved my shower issues when out with the family at the beach or camping. It is easy to set up and pack away and the battery life is very good, it can be charged on the go as well. All you need is a source of water and you are good to go. With anything electronic do not submerge the battery.
It works fine, but with no on/off switch (aside form the one on the part that drops in the tank) to control the flow this thing wastes water like it is going outta style.the cheap amazon ones all have a button to turn off the flow, so you don't have to grab the entire thing out of the water source.This would be a much, much better product with a remote on/off switch on a separate wire.You could then drop the on/off out of the tank and control flow and conserve water.I'll keep as an emergency spare, but wouldn't buy again.Also the system doesn't fit In the storage bag when assembled. So that kinda sucks ass to have to assemble the entire thing every time you want to use it as well.
