The product itself is of good quality for the price tag. However like most slides, it rattles, even around town on soft suspension. I've already removed it from my wagon. It lasted one day and will be listed on Marketplace shortly. I'm going to use fixed anchors until I can justify a rattle free slide that's 4-8 times the price.

The packaging is great and the product looks solid, arriving unmarked and within 10 days of ordering. There are no installation instructions and a short video of an installation would be helpful (what size drill holes etc). Only comes with the 6 T Nuts. A couple more would be very handy. The T Nuts are 20mm M6 so if you are mounting onto 18 or 21mm marine ply with carpet be prepared to head to the local hardware for longer bolts. The 2 straps supplied look suitable but as anyone who drives in the scrub knows, the fridge is best tied down at 4 corner points.

Package delivered with ripped boxes and slightly bent frame. The box needs to be wrapped with more polystyrene to protect it as this was the second one I had delivered. Or the delivery company need to be told how to care for it

I was interested to see what the quality of the slide would be given the price. I am very happy with it. Its very sturdy and slides smoothly. Really good product. I have an old model 45l dometic on it.
Great quality, nicely built unit. BUT… it’s way too heavy. The tray should be made of perforated alloy. I ended up cutting a big section out of the tray and instantly cut 2.5kg off the weight.

The product is great. The shipping packaging is not strong enough and my slide was damaged during shipping. This is on the control end and both releases were bent. I was able to bend them back and the left side corner was bent. This product is too heavy to ship back and will keep what I have. You need to spend much more on the packaging especially on the control end.
I recently decided to changed my fridge set up, from camp-site to permanently set up in the rear of my vehicle. This slide wasn't the cheapest on the market, what it did do perfectly was suit both the Kickass fridge and fit perfectly into the rear of Toyota Fortuner.So much easier to park the vehicle and slide out the fridge to access. Bonus slide out shelf adds to the convenience.Buy with confidence
Mounted this in my Navara. On it's first beach camping trip after a day or 2 with sandy buckets and water containers being moved in and out of the tray, sand easily made it's way into the ball bearings in the rails. Kickass informed that the only solution was to dismantle the rails and try to clean the sand grains out, which obviously isn't feasible to do every time we go camping. Not suitable for beach camping where the fridge needs to share it's space with sandy objects.
Took a bit to work out best way of fitting in my car but once that was done, it worked very well. I am very pleased with this product.
