Where possible, our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly to the environment. Opened and Used items are subject to approval depending on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, or removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost. Return requests for commercial quantities must be approved casebycase and may be subject to additional conditions. Goods should be received at the warehouse within 2 weeks from the Approved return authorisation unless previously arranged.
