I discovered this product set about 12 years ago when I had a YorkShire Terrier. My family and I loved how Bailey’s coat felt and smelled for weeks after a bath. Therefore it wasn’t surprising that decided to purchase this set again for our new family members, my Pomeranian mix, Bella. I was pleasantly surprised to see over a decade later the quality is still amazing. little Bella loves this as much as we do! yes my baby is poshed!

I have been luvin this entire line since getting my pup 12 years ago… most especially the spray, in between cleaner. It’s perfect for after those messy walks and in between shampoos and grooming sessions. The conditioners leaves my Luci girl so soft and shiny. But for the past couple of years now, I wait for the sales ( I’m VIP ) to stock up on the spray wash and EACH & EVERY TIME no matter how fast I long on…. It says NOTIFY ME! Stop playing with me already Kiehls. It was just there the day before. I’m sorry but I’m just not falling for it anymore. I’m not a dumb consumer. If you want to exclude certain items from your sale, then please just be upfront about it at the start. I’d give you more respect that way. Losing faith in the brand.

I love the smell but my sensitive puppy got hives after we washed him with it. It's the only thing that's changed in his environment, so we know that the hives were definitely from this shampoo. If your dog doesn't have allergies or a sensitive skin/coat, I say go for it. It was a good texture, easy to lather and wash, smelled nice and got him clean... but if your pup does have skin issues, this isn't going to be the type of shampoo to use. I love Kiehl's products, but this one wasn't the best fit for us. Just letting other owners with sensitive puppies know!
We bought the shampoo, conditioner, and spray because they all have such great reviews and we use other Kiehl’s products. This shampoo and conditioner do a good job, they cleaned well and didn’t leave our terriers skin dry. We won’t use the rest of buy them again because they have such a strong powdery scent it made me nauseous. My husband said it reminded him of industrial cleaner. If you like a strong powdery scent this could work for you, but it does not smell like chamomile as described.
Love this one.. I’ve always used Chi shampoo conditioner etc brand for my yorkies and I used to love it until.. I found this one! Chi is great, coat was left soft as well but this one, wow, took it to another level, just leaves it So shiny and bright. I could not put my finger on what it was that was different but I think that’s what it is, the shine and brightness are amazing you can see the difference I’m seriously amazed I definitely will keep buying. And smells amazing too to top it off

First, the delicious smell! The mix of lavender and chamomile is just perfect, not too strong or overpowering, it smells fresh and clean without that horrible strong smell of either chemicals or super powerful baby powder or "fresh" pungent fragrances so common in dog shampoos. Like I said, the smell is lovely, as though you are in an aromatherapy spa, it instantly relaxes you, and not only that, our Duke smells so nice and clean for days on end, and he is a very active puppy. Now, for the performance: As a bloodhound, Duke has loads of wrinkles and folds, so he gets quite filthy, and the shampoo makes a nice lather, cleans his coat completely, rinses very clean with no residue, and leaves his coat as baby soft as the day we got him. I then follow with a bit of the conditioner, which has the same lovely scent, and provides great hydration to not only his coat, but the folds on his neck, the tips of those long ears, and where he sometimes gets a little irritated such as on the soft skin on his inner thighs and armpits. The result is just awesome: A completely clean, delicious smelling pup, with a beautiful shiny, healthy and soft coat!The only issue I have is that most stores don't carry these items, and/or they are frequently out of stock, and that I wish they came in much larger sizes. Even though a little goes a long way, when your dog loves the dirt and mud as much as Duke, we just go through the bottle in the blink of an eye, lol! Other than that, it's perfection! Just bought the in between baths spray, so can't wait to see how it works out. Sorry so long, I guess I'm just a little excited to have finally found the perfect dog shampoo!
A very good moisturizer, maybe a little heavy for me in the summer months. I usually use the oil-free gel cream in the summer, I’ll have to give this a try in the drier months. I usually use it at night now before bed, it works well. I just find it oily for my skin type. So if you find you have oiler skin, maybe use this at night time only or use very little product. Love the size this comes in and the packaging!
I don't really believe adverts but this product does what it says. I noticed some comments saying that it's just a moisturizer but for some people like myself it took a long time to find "the right one". Most lightweight moisturizers end with my skin being back to dry in about half an hour max whereas heavier creams leave behind a very oily feeling skin. This is a lightweight moisturizer and even though your skin feels hydrated THROUGHOUT the day, it does not feel oily whatsoever
bought this in anticipation of getting our pup and have been using it ever since we got him. he is a golden retriever, who is now 5 months, and it works great. his coat is super soft and shiny, and we we get compliments on how fluffy and soft he is all the time (and also cause he’s one handsome boy!). it also isn’t too perfumey, but just enough that he smells fresh and clean. will definitely continue to get this for him, wish it came in a larger, value size (or if they made refills for it so better eco friendly packaging) cause i foresee us going through a ton of it once’s he’s fully grown!
