I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! Affordable toner with average result. I often use acid toners as my skincare step after cleansing. It is gentle enough, yet very moisturizing compared to the acid toners I use, such as Glycolic toner from The Ordinary and REN Glow Tonic. I really can't approve that it helped with my other skincare problems, such as hyperpigmentation, redness and acne scar, as well as pimples. But it is a good way to boost your skin moisture while ensuring that your skin is completely and properly clean as it effectively removes surface debris. However, I think I will repurchase it because it is one of few products I can happily afford to buy from the Kiehl’s, my favorite brand.

I've enjoyed using this toner for extra hydration before using moisturizer. It is a thin-ish (not watery though), milky consistency and I feel it does add hydration to my skin, prepping it for moisturizer. It is lightweight enough to use during summer, which I appreciate since I live in a hot, humid climate. I also find the price somewhat reasonable for the large size, with the inclusion of so many skin beneficial ingredients. I've enjoyed this product for about the last year!

Absolutely gentle & divine!

I am IN LOVE with this milky toner!! My face is so sensitive to products & I was nervous about trying this. In just 3 days I could see a difference! The scent is light & my skin feels so moisturized when I use it! I don't use a cotton pad. Instead, after cleansing my face I pour a dime sized amount into the palm of my hand & spead it all over my face. It doesn't irritate ANYTHING. Not even the eye area! 2 months ago I decided to add the Ultra Cleanser & Moisturizer. I'm not kidding when I say people have asked me if I've had resurfacing done. My fine lines have diminished SO much & my skin glows! I will never use another brand again. This is THE holy grail!

Really underrated, great toner!

Really surprised how underrated this toner is. This toner is kind of weird and milky, something I've never seen in a toner before, but I've been using this for a month and I like it a lot! I sometimes use AHA toners, but switch it up with this as well when I need more moisture back in my skin. My skin is normally normal/combo. Since I started using strong peels and AHA products, as well as drying retinol, I wanted something additional to help with my moisture barrier as well as a toner that has no active ingredients or alcohol that would help neutralize the PH of the skin and prep it for whatever expensive products or active ingredients I'm using afterwards. I've seen a number of reviews saying this product was drying. I don't see how it could possibly be drying. This is a water based toner. The third ingredient is squalane, a shelf-stable hydrocarbon derived from squalene, which is a naturally occurring skin moisturizing agent and protector. The product also contains emulsifiers, stabilizers, one of which can help combat fungal acne, and three different oils. Squalane penetrates into the skin, and doesn't leave heavy residue, which may make someone believe it was not providing moisture. Many moisturizing products I find tend to leave a heavy film that seems like it would be moisturizing my skin, but is actually just a thick layer that isn't providing benefit beyond serving as an emollient. It sounds like someone calling a bottle of water "drying." For people with acne, the oil content may lead to breakouts. I find that applying this after a BHA or niacinamide step aids in avoiding breakouts.
