This was part of a gift with purchase set so I was keen to try. It is quite pricey but I loved how easy it was to apply with the little dropper. I have dry to normal skin with noticeable sun spots and the usual signs of ageing. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. Its light weight, feels soft on skin, soaks in well and definitely makes the skin feel soft, well nourished and reduces pores. My face definately looked fresher and appeared plumper. This serum isnt cheap but is worth trying if your skin needs a boost

I like trying new skincare products and sometimes my skin reacts to it in a bad way like allergies. Sometimes my skin becomes sensitive after peeling. Anh Kiehls Vital Skin-Strengthening Hyaluronic Acid Super Serum is always the go-to serum that I choose to use in those situations. Unlike other hyaluronic acid products that I’ve tried, this serum has a milky texture but absorbs very quickly and leave a smooth radiant finish. After a few days of using this super serum, my skin looks radiant and much hydrated. I can’t remember how many bottles of this I have used but always have at least 2 of this stocking up at home.

It's a light-feel serum that sinks straight into my thirsty skin (I have ageing normal combination skin) and is easily worn during the daytime as there is absolutely no oiliness at all and feels more like a nourishing waterbased formula. I have been using this serum for about three weeks since receiving it in a Voxbox. I think it is a really solid product that will work for almost any skin type. I have combo/oily skin with some uneven skin-tone on my cheeks. I am also an RN on a COVID19 inpatient hospital unit; I mention this because of the fact that I have now been wearing masks for my 12 hour shifts which has caused acne around my chin, nose, and mouth as well as redness and irritation. After application my skin feels soothed. The hyaluronic acid works wonders making my under-eyes and cheeks appear more hydrated almost immediately. Over the course of my time using the serum, I have definitely noticed that the skin-tone on my cheeks has evened out a bit. Regarding the mask-related acne, I have made sure to apply an ample amount of product to my chin and mouth area twice daily to prevent the skin from becoming dry and peely (after using salycilic acid on the breakouts). I noticed in the matter of about 4 days that my chin was clearing and the skin looked much less inflamed than before. Ultimately, I'd say the only downside to this product is the pricetag, however good skincare usually comes with a cost. If you are very sensitive to herbal smells maybe skip this one, but like I said--it's rather light and does not stick around. My "stressed skin" certainly reaped benefits from the three weeks I've incorporated this serum in my routine; the Kiehl's Vital Strengthening Super Serum is light, moisturizing, sensitive-skin friendly, and ultimately gets a stamp of approval from me!

AMAZING on my cystic acne prone skin.

This is the product that has stood the longest test of time in my skincare routine. I am extremely cautious with my skincare routine, as a small change can result in a huge cystic acne flare up. This product was recommended to me by the kiosk in the trafford center, and i haven’t stopped using it since. Firstly, it feels wonderful to put on. It’s so hydrating & cooling straight away, and smells incredible. I use it every morning and night, and it helps stop my tretinoin from damaging my skin barrier. I can’t explain how gorgeous this makes my skin feel. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it!

This serum, I give 5 stars to because it warrants it.

Breakouts prevent use

Unfortunately, I can't gauge the effectiveness of this product. I've tried it on four occasions and now am giving up. Each time I applied it to my washed face at night, I would develop acne in the day after, or the next day. Since it was a new part of my skincare routine, I waited for my skin to heal before trying again to isolate the cause. Each usage caused a few large pimples to form. Deeply disappointing considering the promise and price of the product.

Favourite

This is one of my absolute favourite serums. It is expensive but my skin feels in much better condition when I’m using this. Generally use this in the daytime and use retinol or oil on an evening. Have tried a few different serums but always come back to this. It has a sort of herby/natural smell which I quite like as it feels so natural and clean. Really lightweight and sinks into my skin quickly which means it is great under makeup.

Smoothing and brightening

I find creams and lotions often don't permeate my skin and leave a residue on the surface - this kiehl's serum is fantastic. It melts into my skin leaving it cool and refreshed, and within a few minutes there is a slight tingling sensation which feels like it's already working. There is a definite smoothing and brightening effect within a week of starting use. Can't recommend highly enough!
