It's ok, build quality isn't there though. The handle wobbles all over the place, it feels flimsy, the handle storage is fairly rubbish and is in three pieces that do not feel strong when joined together. If you can make your own handle, I would suggest it for peace of mind.

Good product & suitable to lift my 2.8ton GQ Patrol & 2.3ton 2'16" Caravan. Missed out on the 5th star as it was just a little high at rest (perhaps difficulty getting under the rear lift point of the Patrol with a flat tyre) & didn't have quite as good a lift (needed for the van) as the old screw jack. Fitted in nicely to the dedicated storage hatch though. A lot less work to use than the 22 year old screw jack.
Bought this for camper trailer - far more stable and reliable than using a no name bottle jack or a scissor jack . Also backed with KinChrome warranty and great quality .Worth paying a bit extra for quality too
It has a good strong lift, but slow to raise as a result. The full height isn't very useful for a lifted vehicle, or on uneven terrain, but in a level lower setting it's brilliant. May want to weld up a little stand for it to get the release valve off the ground and get a bit more height out of it. Decent jack. miles better than the old finger removers that come with vehicles these days.
Not quite what I expected. Already replaced once and now only 1.5 years old it has failed again. Piston does not retract unless the weight of the car or by standing on it. Inner seal comes up with the piston which should be housed permanently in the cylinder. Handle pivot rivet fell out and needed to be patched. Overall, it feels solid, looks like it can do the job... just can't. Don't recommend.
Great product. Replaces the factory job. Smooth, strong and well balanced. And the service ... I received this on the third day after ordering, all the way over to Kangaroo Island!
First time I used the jack it would not drop down, almost like a stuck valve as if you tap it on the floor it works until you lift again and it jams again. Handle needs addressing as it doesn’t fit together very well.
Bought today, returning it tomorrow.- Raised height is 330mm, not 392mm as advertised and marked on packaging.- Doesn't relieve and lower without applying a considerable force to the top of the rod.- Wouldn't hold the weight of 1 front corner of a 2500kg vehicle ( which doesn't matter because it doesn't go high enough for the purpose anyway)
