Otherwise the company can send you a used or a faulty one, as it happened to me and then deny to change it. They force you to keep it even if the quality is not as stated and satisfactory. The moment i got the quilt, it seemed like a used one and i called straight away, and they suggested to keep it in a room for a day to get it air and fluff. It's a week now, and it still the same, the filling is not in all area. The fill quantity is not as stated. Its bare cloth in most of the area. Arrived very promptly. OK so far, warm and very light, but not as good a loft as my previous Ultima quilt which i paid less for.
Beautiful doona. Though heavy so maybe not good for hot sleepers or height or summer. Definitely hotel quality though and very luxurious
Excellent. And the tip about upgrading to king size for a queen sized bed has provided us both with extra warmth from the sides.
