I have used about 500 of these DVD+R DL and find the quality to be excellent, at least as good as much more expensive branded products. The very small number of "coasters" produced have been down to software problems or human error - yes, I screw-up from time to time. I can only recall one instance of a faulty disk. Being dual layer, they give excellent reproduction for movies and are particularly useful for storing several episodes of tv series at a lower resolution. Great value for money!

It is always the same when you are asked to review a product, you get asked generic questions that are nowhere related to the product. The first and third questions are pretty fair, I mean is it easy to use, well, you have to stick it in a hole the right way or it won't work but if you can't work that out then perhaps electronic equipment is not for you. Good value, yes it is, that is what drew me to it in the first place. The second question, is it well designed, well, if it wasn't it wouldn't fit that hole we spoke about earlier and besides if it wasn't micro-SDHC shaped it wouldn't fit the description either. Would I buy more if I needed them, most definitely? In the Review title section, it hints lightweight with great features, that's true if you like to look ... For the price I paid for 10 of them, I am fairly happy. Each came with an adapter, which is nice. I think one or two of the adapters became unreliable. This may be the cause of someone's grief. I have 10 so I swap adapters when I find the card is unreadable and narrowed down to two bad adapters. I've used these on my arduino and raspberry pi projects and for file storage. On arduino, if you use a very large capacity card, you waste a lot of time if you tally remaining free space so 4GB is perfect. I will be upgrading to larger sizes sometime soon but the class 10 16GB review is pretty awful. Maybe a different brand or it's the adapter issue again.
This chip was purchased to add memory capacity to a recently-purchased smart phone, so I could store more audio books for listening using the phone's MP3 function. I've not bought such a chip before. So, I did some on-line research. Many comments I read warned to stay away from the "no name" chips. Some brands were mentioned by name as being especially troublesome. The consensus was that 3 or 4 manufacturers were notable for making quality products. Kingston was among them and Wal-Mart had the best price. I ordered it on-line and picked it up at a nearby store about 10 days later. Unlike most items that arrive at the store in 1-3 days, this took quite a long time. That's my only complaint. In the last couple of years, Wal-Mart seems to have reinvented itself, especially with respect to the ease of on-line ordering and the larger selection of items available on-line. Their pricing is good, too; beating eBay and Amazon about half the time.
It works fine for me. With my Android Zinger ZTE, its a complicated process just to move apps and data to the card, but I don't know if other phones have the same complaint. It's not as simple as "drag and drop" as so much else is now days. Have to go into storage settings, apps, right swipe to SD card and individually select and select until you get to the "move to SD card". Its a bit of a hassle. But I'm content otherwise.I do wish though that I knew just how many apps I couldn't move to the memory card. They still take up a chunk of memory in my phone and so before I can even convert it to the card the phone won't let me download anything new. This is easily remedied of course, but its still a consumer inconvenience. But I suppose we do pay more money for ... MoreIt works fine for me. Just not as user friendly as some fancier phones.

Unfortunately this didn't work for my android Moto G5. I tried several times, but the phone didn't recognise this SD card - dispite the existing smaller SD card working again each time it was re-inserted. My Laptop can use it, but not the phone that I bought it for. So I don't think it's faulty, more likely some compatibility issue. At under a fiver, I'll just have to write it off.
Great price if you don't need the adapter. Bought two and tried each one with both included adapters in two different readers and card was not recognized. Had to insert micro SD chip into a Samsung adapter to get it to work. Fortunately I only needed the adapter for one purpose which was to update my car's GPS. Micro SD chips work fine in my Wyze cams. For the price, I'll probably buy more. Made no effort to test speed as it does what I need it to do.
