Strong and suits lamb roast
Pan was great. I like this brand for baking. Heavy and solid. Easy to line and grease, washup excellent.Just used the once for a particular recipe requiring -almost -that size pan. Will use for a Savoury bake next that is more forgiving! It was my fault the lemon slice did not cook evenly. A disaster !The mixture was too high in the pan because the tin I should have used was 32 x 24 x5 . That size very difficult to find .You live and learn.
Today I used my pan for the first time to make cinnamon scrolls. I couldn't be happier with the beautiful non stick surface, and cleaning was an absolute breeze. I even had baked on brown sugar, and it just wiped off.
