I wanted this for a while & got this as a Birthday gift which made my day. I used it straight away not realising just how powetful it is. I can't believe how quiet it is on full speed and how comfortable & lightweight compared with my old hand mixer. I love the little accessory bag too. I'm loving using this little machine & 'he' likes the end result.

I was sceptical when I bought this as it was so expensive. I had had a few hand mixers before but all of them burnt out not too long after getting them and I don't use them often! I can honestly say I am thrilled with this! It's easy to use, has all of the settings I need, particularly the slow setting when you first turn it on. It's a little heavier than others but I like that as it feels robust and that it might last better than the old ones I had. Comes with all the necessary tools for mixing and whisking. The tools come in a neat little canvas bag too. The electric lead has a clip on it so it can be wound round the machine then clipped in place. Once again I'm absolutely delighted with the service from Harts from start to finish. As before, everything went smoothly and quickly. I love my new Kitchen Aid - my first Kitchen Aid product. It's so quiet and nicely powerful, in balance and lovely to hold/use. I also like the fact you can clip the flex up. - no more trailing flex! The instructions are excellent and I love the wee bag to hold the attachments. I bought the 9 speed one, having read the reviews and I'm glad I did. It's so controllable. Made a meringue dessert this morning using the balloon whisk. Wow. Seriously impressed. I know I am going to enjoy using the mixer very much indeed. Thank you again, Harts. I will be back - and thank you for enclosing your magazine. That was a lovely treat.

Having purchased this, I am very happy with this hand mixer.It is much much quieter than my previous one and I love the fact that when you turn it off, the setting returns to slow. Couldn't do this on my previous mixer and had a few messy mishaps! This feature was one of the things I was looking for in a hand mixer.It is quiet, powerful and the beaters are of very good quality. It is nice to be able to keep the beaters in a bag that is supplied to prevent them from being damaged.Very happy with this purchase.
Lovely mixer purchased to go along side my stand mixer for smaller jobs.Tried it out by creaming butter, it handled it really well beats up cream in no time.Easy to clean and the bag for keeping attachments comes in handy.Love the little whisk it froths up milk up for coffee or hot chocolate.So far I am really happy with it, beats any other hand mixer I have ever owned.It’s easy to operate and the beaters wash well.My only gripe is I wished it would have come in lots more colours.If you are thinking of getting one go for it you won’t be disappointed.
Great little mixer that’s well manufactured. Nicely balanced with robust attachments that sits well in the hand. Sturdy but no means heavy. A good selection of adjustable speeds which are easy to operate whilst in use. Attachments come in a nicely embroidered canvas bag which leaves you to why an additional larger bag wasn’t also provided to neatly store and protect the mixer. This I managed to resolve by purchasing a nice draw string canvas bag in matching colour from a third party. It now neatly stows in a drawer whilst offering all around protection……
I have recently purchased this hand held mixer to replace another make of hand held mixer that gave up on me. I always like to have a hand held mixer to assist in the smaller tasks that would be quicker to rinse after use than the food processor or a large free standing mixer. It is very quite and has easy to wash attachments. It also has a stirring wand, this l find invaluable when mixer powders with liquids, i.e. Icing sugar. The colour is great, I have the Red one. Looking forward to some day being able to afford the Blender. I'm gluten free, so any type of equipment in my kitchen that makes things happen quickly, quietly with quality has to be an asset. Well done KitchenAid...

We decided to replace all the old kitchen equipment as lots of it was brought when I fitted the old kitchen many years ago. After reviewing lots of products my wife decided on this KitchenAid hand mixer as one of the new items and I have to say she is very impressed by it as it even handles mixing dough which on cheaper hand mixers normally struggle with This hand mixer is not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for as it seams very good quality well finished of and extremely quiet compared to lots we looked at. We had never heard of KitchenAid until we saw it advertised on harts web site but this make seams a good bit of kit so we have just brought a new KitchenAid ... This hand mixer looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and has helped me make the best cake batters I’ve ever achieved - at last, ‘whisk till light and fluffy’ actually works! And the default slow - properly slow - opening speed is such a great feature and a vast improvement on any hand mixer I’ve previously had. I’m expecting (hoping) this excellent bit of kit to last for many years. It feels robust and a great investment.
I decided to buy the 9 speed hand mixer based on online customer reviews, design and colour. I must say I'm very glad I did. It's a wonderful little machine - quiet, speedy, easily controlled. Using the balloon whisk, my hazelnut meringue was sublime - twice its usual size. Someone asked where I'd bought it! I have also just made the best Welsh rarebit ever, again using the balloon whisk. The little storage bag is great and the the fact that you can "clip" the flex away neatly is wonderful - no trailing flex to catch on other items. I wholeheartedly recommend this hand mixer - no reservations whatsoever.
