Love the brilliant red of this covered casserole dish. Used it for the first time this week, first on the stove to brown the meat and veggies, and then to transfer to the oven to complete the cooking for a couple of hours. The dish cooked the meal thoroughly and was easy to clean up after. Only downside is the weight of this beauty.

I actually threw away all my old cooking wares when I started using this cookware. I love it and so easy to clean. I’m a cook for several years and been cooking a lot of food in my entire life and served food to VIP clients. If only there more bigger cooking wares like this I will definitely buy it because the food also taste better.
Gorgeous matt finish and the pink colour is a touch darker than my mixer but they match really well. The ceramic internal finish is high quality and the dish and lid have a good heavy feel. The 3.3L is a good size for 2-3 adult serves of soup for example. I have already used many times and love it!
I was searching for a smaller casserole and saw this on sale for a good price. It's the size I wanted and proved to be very easy to clean. First dish was one-pot spaghetti bolognese. Turned out great and didn't have to "babysit" the sauce while it cooked.

I have been wanting one of these for some time, I was going to get the 3.2l but thought it was quite shallow and opted for the latger version. I absolutely love it for slow cooked roasts and casseroles. Its easy super easy to clean and works very on induction cooktops
Actually it’s not very good for cook stocks like bone broth, because the lid is not perfectly cover the pot, the leakproofness is not good at all , I cooked for 2-3hours, the water just go out almost 50%, it cannot cook a good bone broth with sufficient soup. Staub’s cast iron is the BEST choice for cook bone broth. This pot’s price is much cheaper than LC and Staub. Treat it as a normal slow cooker maybe okay, but it cannot make any wonderful soup-stock . I just used once, the white enamel is sooooo hard to clean up, hard to maintain. I regret buying it, I will buy staub 26cm black enamel for cook soup-stock. This may suitable for big family and make big bread 🥐🍞but really not for me.
I love this pot! Heavy, heat holding and transfers from stove to top oven. Beautiful lid and knob. Elegant design and pretty colour whether on display in use at the table or in storage. Washed perfectly clean everything.
