The classic KitchenAid frying pan made of forged aluminum is perfect for everyday use. The unique V-shaped design of the handle is not riveted to the side of the pan, allowing it to stay cooler for longer and making the inside of the pan much easier to clean. A specially shaped handle allows for nesting the pans together. The aluminum body of the pan is treated with a 3-layer Thermolon Infinity ceramic non-stick coating (PFOA-free) and reinforced with diamonds – it distributes and retains heat well and is easy to clean. For frying, only a few drops of fat are needed. The energy-saving Magneto base ensures efficiency on all heat sources, including induction cooktops. The pan should be used on medium heat settings. It can also be used in the oven up to 160 °C. Note: When using on a gas stove, ensure that the flame does not extend beyond the contours of the pan, as this can lead to overheating and damage to the Bakelite handles. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to maintain its perfect appearance and non-stick properties for longer. Allow the pan to cool before washing.
