I have used these scales 4 or 5 times since I bought them in September, mainly to weigh butter. The 5th time the digital reading went nuts before I even weighed anything, refused to go back to a zero reading, then finally just went blank. They have ceased to be. Maybe it is just a one off dud. Waiting for Myer to contact me re a replacement during lockdown. I’ll let you know if the next one works or not.

Good, basic kitchen scale. The knob controls everything and makes it easy to switch between units, but also sticks on the selected option pretty well, so if you don't change units of measurement easily it doesn't get in the way. Millilitres seems to be calibrated to water, so you get the same measurement in gm and ml (in my experience anyway) but that seems reasonable enough to me. It stays on for about 3 minutes before auto switching off, which is long enough that it doesn't turn off while you still need it.

I haven't used them yet. But tested them when i received. It seems better than the old one i have. I'm happy with this purchase and happy with the discounted price. Got the free book with it... couldn't ask for more.
Great scales. Easy to use. Light weight. The best thing is the knob to change from different measurements.
Instructions a little confusing but finally worked out how to use. Only use button (press or turn). Don't try to tap edge of machine like I did. Happy with purchase.
Gladly opened box, item already looked used and returned. That is ok, but the scale does not even work properly. My bad, should not have chucked the box. Dealing with Kitchenaid for support, but highly unlikely to get a support. Maybe will bin the scale soon.
Had been wanting a kitchen scale for a long time - as i thought i want to bake! Didn't see anything i like until i saw this one. When i received this I was very pleased as it looks elegant and simple. However there it isn't intuitive how to use this, and the enclosed instruction sheet (very small prints) is vague. After googling around and trying this and that I finally managed to know how to use it (i think!). Looking forward to using it!
This scale is the perfect baking and cooking utensil for all the measurement needs. It easily switches between metric and imperial units so no matter what country of origin your recipe is from, the scale can automatically adjust and save you time that would normally be spent manually converting! The device is small and tucks away neatly in the kitchen and is very easy to use. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a new scale.
I bought this digital kitchen scale approximately 1 month ago. I have been very impressed. It’s size is perfect and compliments my kitchen aid stand mixer bowls when combining ingredients to make a dish. The numerals are nice and large as well.It also offers changing between different number systems which helps when wanting to work through a recipe by Julia Child. Very happy!
