When I FIRST used them, I didn't get the best results because I had to learn HOW to use them. No, you don't need a clip or clamp. You basically roll it and then fold the left side "in front"....and the right side "in back". That's what causes it to stay in place. ANOTHER tip...I lightly barrel curl it....and once I'm done, put my hair on these curlers. It's gives the best bouncy hair that lasts ALL DAY LONG!! No hot curlers could ever do that. They'll last but not all day. I'm going to buy another set!!

I’d been using basic bendy curls for a while and the plastic ends kept getting caught around my hair and ripping it out-ouch! These are next level, the silky cover means I get no damage and amazing, soft, bouncy results!! Such beautiful colours too!! Mist my hair with a tiny bit of water, roll up, wake up the next day with a blow out! Love!!

These are amazing! I've been putting them in at night with my hair oil and the curls have been lasting all day long! A few will begin to fall but that's just the same with using heated curlers but without the damaging effects!

I have hair length several inches below shoulder and thin to medium thick wavy hair. I was optimistic but these are so frustrating to roll. When you roll up your hair they don't set easily and instead they can fall with gravity or just slip right off. I'm annoyed there isn't a snap to hold in place, or snap with an adjacent curled rod in case that would help (if I can even get the first one to stay). On Round 2 as I write this and I can't believe this product made me as frustrated as it did even after looking for tutorials online
When I first purchased these I was ready to return. I had low expectations because of my past experience with heatless rollers. I was left amazed! I found it best to play around to see what style works best for you. I need to buy a second set because I want tighter curlers instead of waves. I get so many compliments, and I have two weeks not straightening my hair. I love them!
I'll admit this product does work, just as long as your hair is damp! I first tried on hair that 80% dry and the rollers slid right out.My biggest grievance with this product is how uncomfortable they are to sleep in and how painful they are when they yank on your scalp. If you have thin or fine hair, you will notice just how uncomfortable these are.
I bought this with a commitment that I would make more effort with my hair. I haven't quite got to grips with how to use these properly yet. I'm roping my niece in to help and maybe need to watch a youtube video. In the right hands I'm sure they are fab!
So soft, comfier than the larger overnight heatless curl method with the big rod if you place them correctly. They feel super silky and look really cute, love the colours. Helps with my “healthy hair” process!
I had fine hair (but a lot of it!) and these work great. You can either roll them and fold them over to stay or wrap your hair around them and secure with a satin scrunchie like you do with the bigger version. My hair stayed wavy all day without any product in it. My only slight complaint is that I wish they had bigger versions, I'd like a 1.5 or even 2" for body over a tighter curl.
They work like any other flexi rod (usually lower priced at other stores). That being said, they leave that horrible chemical odor in your hair that you can find similar in cheap synthetic black jeans. Hard pass for me.
