Definitely took some getting used to, there's pros and cons, this is definitely versatile tool, great for having in your vehicle,garage, or home, ive used this tool for installing radios in vehicles, changing a battery, replacing a outlet at home ect ive used it at work on semi's to remove stubborn fastners quick change the different Phillips flat heads or hex,torx ect by opening the bottom handle, I'm a fulltime diesel mechanic and own and run a small business locally and this tool has helped, I'd definitely recommend some changes. but the cons about this is if u need to use any of the other sockets u have to fully remove every single one that's one it to place it at the top the handle I'd recommend a better grip, but all in all happy I bought it!

Klein as listened! This is the "super screwdriver" that people (me included) have been creating themselves for the past few years using the 14 in 1 adjustable and 7 in 1 flip socket set. This is the screwdriver I use the most because it has just about any size and type of bit or socket I need all in one package. The only issue I have is the information in the product listing online. The pictures and info show that this comes with a new flip socket set that has a 9/16 socket, but when I went to the store to buy one, I found out that it has the older flip sockets with 11/32 and not 9/16. The new sockets are available separately (32933G), but I was a little disappointed because that was one of the reasons I was buying this. I thought they would be included.

Loved that Klein Tools took into account some of their customers’ suggestions and made this single tool as I originally bought them separately. Folks at my work say it looks like a real life sonic screwdriver but it works even better. Really hard to top this all in one tool.
Great 20 in 1 tool. I use it for household and electrical jobs. I like the extra bits and construction of it.
This is one great set, functional, customizable, and extremely useful. This is the ultimate screwdriver/socket bit set.This was in separate items and versions previously with well over $50 value and it was still worth it, saving so much space in the tool bag.Steel is well tempered, not chippy and flexible enough. Klein has all the replacement bits on sale and they are very inexpensive if you somehow manage to damage one.
This tool is great because it has a ton of bit and nut drivers to get you going to pretty much every basic job. Everything stores great on the tool it self so no having to look for everything separately. Bit is held on by a nut driver and a strong magnet as well. Bits are stored in the handle that does not come undone unless you pull it out. If you do remove the nut drivers you are able to adjust the size of the shaft to work with your needs. My only complain is that there is no space in the handle for all 13 bits so one will have to be on the screwdriver at all times. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for a screw driver that can do a little bit of everything all in one.

So I thought this was exactly what I was looking for, but when it arrived, it's not the same as what is shown in the photos. I called Lowes, and they are supposedly "fixing the photos", but in the interim, please be ware - you won't get the same size sockets as what the photos show.The photos show:1/4-Inch, 5/16-Inch, 3/8-Inch, 7/16-Inch, 1/2-Inch, 9/16-Inch nut driversWhat you get is:1/4-Inch, 5/16-Inch, 11/32-Inch, 3/8-Inch, 7/16-Inch, 1/2-Inch nut driversTo me, I'd much rather have the 9/16-Inch than the odd-ball 11/32-Inch...Just an FYI - for some this may suffice, but for me to make this work, I now need to buy another shaft for $20 (32933G) to get the setup that I was looking for, and I'm not into having a $60 screwdriver setup, so this is going back.
I normally trust Klein and all of their goods are top notch. This one should go back to the drawing board. I was excited to have so many options for a single tool I could throw in my go bag, but the tool just under performs at the basics. Everything feels loose when you're trying to crank down on a screw, even the balance felt off.
