I bought a few of them when I was at the supply house & put them in our trucks toolboxes. Every time a tech broke or lost one I had them look where I hid them. Every tech liked it better than their previous one & asked me to get their helper one too. Had to prove they were 1000v rated
Internal battery connections were weak. Had to make adjustments to keep the tester on.
It didn’t work! Tried multiple batteries but it never powered up. Plan to return
I purchased this tester as part of a promotion package. I've tried to turn it on and it doesn't work.I tried to contact you VIA contact us, but you don't allow emails there.Not Happy at all with this product.
The Klein Voltage Tester does not work at all. I replaced the batteries that came with it, but new batteries made no difference. The clamshell packaging was completely destroyed in trying to extricate the voltage tester, so I couldn’t even return it. You expect to get garbage online, but Home Depot used to do better.
The battery compartment needs to be tightened downhard for it to work. It took me a second to figure that to.
Bough this years ego was very happy with it. Eventually the battery died, I change them for new ones and was never capable of tuning it on again. Tried another set of new batteries just in case .. not working.. very desapointed
