Initially I was impressed with this shampoo because it did what it says, my hair definitely looked fuller after using this product. A lot of shampoos claim to add volume and/or thickness but don’t deliver, that’s not the case here. Now the bad, my hair looked lifeless, thicker yes but no shine or healthy bounce hence the 3 stars. I think the shampoo added thickness to my hair but it also made it slightly kinky and dull. For reference, I have dark brown, straight, fine hair which is dry and damaged due to dying the ends and heat. I can see this working great for certain type of hair but it wasn’t for me.

This is honestly the best shampoo ever! My hair is thin and brittle and getting thinner by the day. This gave me volume and the feeling of thickness. It's quite expensive but if your hair really needs a boost and you have the same problems as I do, then this shampoo is is perfect for you. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with the same issues as I am.

This was my first time using anything from Klorane and I was very excited to receive this.Pros:Great packaging! (labels come off nicely and can easily be used for other products)LOVED the smell of this product.Had great lather and my hair felt nice after being washed.Cons:I did find that after I let my hair air dry, that my scalp just felt like it was oily.Almost as if I hadn't washed it for days... which I thought was odd.I suffer from a very sensitive scalp as well, and I found this made my scalp itch.So far I've used this product twice and both times it has given me bad results. Such a disapointment! :(

I received a sample of this and initially was going to give it away since I already have really thick hair. I decided to try it because I love other klorane products. This shampoo smells really nice and feels good when washing my hair. It’s not drying and I feel it helps with my frizziness. I wish it had come with the conditioner because I have to use conditioner in my very dry hair and using a different brand was not getting the full effect.

I received a bottle of "KLORANE Thickness and Vitality Shampoo" in a Beauty Box. I saw a major difference after the first use. My hair has been so drab and frustrating for quite a few years. Ive tried many shampoos promising great results and have been very disappointed. This is the first product to impress and amaze me. My aging hair is full of new life. Its Bouncy, Silky, Shiny and looks thicker. Im now buying a full size bottle and trying the conditioner too. I highly recommend this shampoo. I thankyou for developing such a Great product.
I have fine hair that had been falling out and thinning far too soon. I'm only on my first bottle of the shampoo and second of the same conditioner, but I've noticed a huge difference in hair fall. I also have noticeable baby hairs where thinning areas around my hair line are starting to fill in. The shampoo & same conditioner do need to be used together. When I changed it up with a conditioning hair mask, there was a ton of hair in the drain again. I do wish they made a fragrance free version, but this works so well I use it anyway.
I struggle with itchy scalp when using various shampoos, especially those combined with conditioners. Tough to find one that I like, so I tried this shampoowith olive oil, So far, no itching, and my hair feels clean after using. I have very sensitive eyes, so rinsing this product thoroughly reduced the minor irritation caused by the residue after shampooing. I will purchase again and again.
I picked up a trial of this shampoo while in Paris and then reordered from Dermstore once home. I have been plagued with thin, dry, brittle hair all my life. No kidding after using this product for a couple of months my hair is amazing. When I ran it past my husband to get more of this product as it is on the pricey side, he stated order what you want your hair has never looked better. It is fuller, shiny and easy to manage.
