Love all the Klorane shampoos. I've really been trying to use more natural shampoos and anyone who has tried to do this can probably agree that it is SO hard to find a good one. I love the natural ingredients this brand uses. I also love how this shampoo is light and fresh with added flax for volume. This shampoo lathers well and feels gentle on my scalp. It lifts and gives volume and has the most delightful light, clean scent. Love it!

Great volumizing shampoo

I have been using this shampoo for a couple of years and it is the one of the only volumizing shampoos I've ever used. I pair this was other conditioners from other brands and get great results.I have fine, 2A wavy hair. The conditioner that goes with this - I didn't care for it at all, it wasn't moisturizing enough and it left my hair tangled. Was using Pravana Nevo conditioner with this for a couple of years (now discontinued - boo!) but recently used Alterna's Caviar Volumizing Conditioner with this and had great results (I don't love the Alterna Volumizing shampoo - weighed my hair down). Maybe this will work for someone else out there searching for a great volumizing shampoo.

Hmm expected better

I bought this after using klorane peony shampoo effectively for an itchy scalp. This flax shampoo is gentle but leaves me with fly away hair and lank roots. Also quite drying which isn’t good as I seem to be allergic to every conditioner and getting damage from trying to get a wide comb through my hair after using the flax shampoo. I can get a comb through after the peony but that seems to make my hair limp too. Good vegan credentials :) I have fine greying hair.

I have fine hair but didnt work

Bought based on the reviews but perhaps it doesnt work for all fine hairs. Im used to shampoos that dont lather but with this one I feel I have to use half bottle to even feel it is starting to clean my hair - however is a way too expensive product to be wasted like that.Perhaps it is just not meant to my hair (its fine but also curly).

Love it!

Love the colour, the subtle scent but especially how it makes my hair feel afterwards. I tend to keep my hair fairly natural when using this shampoo and only do a light blow wave over my bangs as the rest of my hair now has enough body and texture plus it stays cleaner looking for longer so I am not needing to wash as frequently.

Will never buy from another brand again!

I have been searching for a volume shampoo (even spent $80 on one product) and this is the only one that actually works. I have super curly hair that felt extremely thin and oily from stress/hormone/health problems. After I got my health figured out, I was still struggling with insecurity regarding my hair. I stumbled upon this shampoo at Ulta and will honestly never try anything ever again. The coinciding conditioner doesn't make my hair oily, either, which has never been the case with other brands. My hair is soft, full, and the curls are tight but still fluffy somehow! The product lasts, too, as I have only purchased one bottle in 7 months time.

much cheaper (better) alternatives out there

I originally tried this shampoo while traveling in Italy (I had to buy something in order to be get change in smaller bills lol) and really loved it. I decided (2 years later) to give the full sized bottle a try, and I was not nearly as impressed. I've been using Loreal volume filler shampoo (about $4) for the past couple of years, and honestly I really prefer that. With the Klorane shampoo last week, my hair was a bit lifeless looking, the individual strands felt thinner, and it didn't last my normal 3 days between washes. I've since switched back to L'oreal. Save your money and find L'Oreal volume filler if volume is what you're looking for.
