The only negative comment that I have would be that it arrived with some dust/dirt marks on it, however these easily lifted with a vacuum and a spot clean. Shipping and delivery was quick!

The rug was delivered absolutely reeking of toxic chemicals such as bleach. This was purchased for a nursery & it completely stank out the ew room. When I unrolled it, it was covered in dirt/potentially mould & stains. I'm still waiting on Kmart to get back to me regarding a refund, it's been weeks now. Last thing I need to be following up at 38 weeks pregnant

When I received this rug it was covered in very obvious black marks and absolutely stunk of mould. I had read some reviews already saying it arrived with a smell of mould and marks on it and I thought I'd try anyway, my mistake. I returned it, it was so bad! If it's supposed to be a new item, I'm not sure how it would have marks like this on it? Perhaps they just take these back and ship them straight back out as when I told the staff member why I was returning it, she couldn't have cared less.
Have attempted to purchase this rug both in store and via online home delivery. Each time I have purchased the rug when I have opened it, it is extremely mouldy. Kmart have refunded the cost on each occasion however the rug is unusable even attempted to wash it. Looks to be a batch issue.
The design is nice, measurements online are accurate, and shipping was quick. When we unrolled the rug, half of it was dirty with black marks, and there was a horrible smell as if the rug was doused in chemicals and mould. It made our entire room smell of mould. We had to air it outside for a day or so but it was just too strong that we returned it. Quality of the material wasn’t amazing but it was okay for the price. A real shame about the smell as the design was otherwise nice.
Received this package in horrible condition. The packaging was torn on one end. When I finally opened the package, I discovered the rug was covered in mould and had a horrible smell to it. The mould is so much that I might need to get rid of the carpet as it is a health hazard.
I just love this rug and was so excited to get it, however, it seems that somewhere along the way it got wet/damp and now it has a really mouldy smell to it. I am airing it out daily and it is slowly going away, but it may have just been unfortunate.
So disappointed. I had to order this like 4 times before I could get an order that wasn't cancelled. I was super excited waiting for this because I have to cover up stained carpet in the rental I'm in. It arrived and I noticed there were hairs in the rug, crumbs and discolouration in some areas. It didn't look clean. Then I smelt the rug and it has a distinct mouldy smell (not the same smell as the "new carpet" or "new furniture" smell which are VOCs). Now I have to figure out how to get it to my store to return it as I don't have a car. Far out :(Seems as if the item was used for a while and then returned to the store...then re-sold to me.I will try re-ordering and hope I get one that isn't already used.
Very strong chemical ammonia smell when opening the plastic, we are going to get some shake and vac to hope it improves the smell - especially because it’s in a playroom. Similar review to others, has some black marks too which we will try to clean off - not too noticeable. Love the look of it and it’s nice and soft. Aside from the smell and marks, it seems good quality.
