I like to hard boil a few eggs at a time to speed things up at breakfast time, and sometimes I soft boil some eggs too. In a saucepan I can only boil 3 at a time and an egg was often bumped and broken in the process. With this nifty little egg cooker I can boil 6 eggs at once and set them to hard, medium or soft boil. No broken eggs. No need to keep watching and timing, as the cooker switches itself off when it's ready. And the little machine is easy to clean and does not require much space on the counter. A good buy!

This is the most convenient thing I have bought in my life! It’s so easy to use and the eggs come out so delicious and perfectly cooked. And I don’t have to worry about forgetting it on or not noticing they’re finished. The piercing sound does not stop until you turn the machine off.

I didn’t like round shaped egg cookers. This one has beautiful design, good material quality and works perfectly. On top of it the price offered by Kmart is comparatively low.

We love our egg cakes over! Easy to use. Easy to clean. Great way to have boiled eggs how we like them in a quick and easy way. We even travel with it, saves using a lot and the stove.
We have boiled eggs every day for breakfast and on occasion have forgotten about them and the water had boiled dry as we get on with our mornings. This egg cooker has an alarm that goes off when done and the keep warm function is handy. Takes some experimenting on getting the perfect water ratio to number eggs how you like them but is already been used every day since purchase. Highly Recommend.
I was very impressed by how fast this cooked the eggs and how perfectly cooked the eggs were. The instruction book was a bit interestingly worded, e.g. talking about stopping the "fermentation process", but not anything that would be too confusing.
Boiling eggs, it's easy, right? I tried so many methods of how to boil eggs and getting them right wasn't the problem but peeling was! This egg cooker comes with a wee cup measure helping you to add the right amount of water and at the bottom is a wee pricker. Pricking the eggs at the blunt end makes all of the difference for the peeling experience!!! I like that i can just turn it on and forget about it and it will call me with a beeping sound when it's done. It has a warmer function too. I only give 4 starts as i wished it had an automatic switch off. But it's not a deal breaker. May it last me long!
Simple to use and easy to clean. Eggs are all evenly boiled. If you want the eggs runnier than the soft boiled setting, place the eggs into chilled water immediately after timer rings.
It serves the purpose really well. Our kids prefer half boiled eggs. It was always hard to get the desired yolk's softness as well as perfectly peeled eggs - this has solved most of our problems. Keep warm level works well for hard boiled eggs but change the consistency if desired softer eggs. Overall its a great buy and value for money. Only negative I have observed is the cleaning of the base
This thing is amazing, has revolutionised breakfast time. Very clever and thoughtful design, especially like the egg piercer in the bottom of the measuring cup. The only recommendation I’d give is if you want eggs slightly soft in the middle to use the lowers levels of the measuring cup, the middle levels will give you hard boiled. Which is not what you’d expect from the symbols representing them. But provides very consistent results every time.
