I am so frustrated with this paper and also with my local Staples who never stays stocked with my favorite copy paper so I am invariably told to get a different brand "which is excellent" and end up paying good money for a nightmare!!!I make greeting cards from my large paintings by shrinking the paintings on a computer and gluing the small image on a blank card.This paper, when cut with a personal paper cutter, ends up so ragged on the edges that I then spend a good half hour trimming the ragged edges on each card with scissors. Also, the back of the paper is printed with the KODAK name and diagonal lines so is useless! Infuriating!!!This paper gets a giant WHAT WERE YOU THINKING???!!!

I bought this paper believing in the Kodak brand name and because a previous batch had been excellent quality. That Kodak 180gsm paper had been made in China and was printed with the Kodak name on the reverse. This paper was made in Germany and was not branded on the back. I used this paper to print some holiday photos and stick them with blu tac onto a display wall. The first thing I noticed was that the gloss finish was not pronounced as the first batch. Within days the paper had curled so strongly it pulled the tac off the wall - something the previous paper did not do. I shall be looking at another brand next time I buy.

I have been using my inkjet printer to print out designs. I needed an affordable piece of paper, I needed an abundance of it. And Kodak photo paper was my choice and it was a good choice too. A formulated matte finish photo paper; count of 100; for 15 dollars was right up my alley... I liked the price the amount of 100 sheets and it works effortlessly with my inkjet printer... Kudos Kodak, i am coming back for more! I have been using printed designs on this Kodak Photo Paper, Matte, for paper crafting ... and its perfect for what i need it for... Coming back for more ;)
I am a digital scrapbooker. Every year for Christmas I give each of my 3 children (Plus one for myself) a scrapbook of the year's activities. Kodak Photo Paper, Matte, is my paper of choice. I print each page edge to edge. I have tried other photo papers but none of them make my work look as impressive as this Kodak Paper. I always look for it to be on sale and then I stock up since I use quite a bit of paper each year. I have been creating these books for many, many years. When I look back at the memories I am pleased at how well the colors and images hold up to the test of time.
Kodak Photo Papers have been around for many years and their quality has been consistent. The Matte finish is preferred over the Gloss. The images are sharp in detail and the color very accurate.At just 0.18 a sheet, the value is the best on the market.
At first I was highly disappointed, I thought this is nothing but cardstock. But, I gave it shot, and I was amazed. This photo paper prints the best prints out of a printer that I have ever seen. The colors are so vibrant, I've never seen paper printed on so well. I've included a side by side on the left will be regular cardstock and on the right the Kodak paper.
I have a Epson ET-2750 printer. I was using Kodak glossy photo paper on the highest print setting. When I switched to Kodak matte photo paper, I found no difference between the color quality of the photo on the highest setting or the standard setting. I hope to save ink by using the standard setting. The paper does not stick together when printing like the glossy paper sometimes did. Just a reminder - Because the paper is not as thick, you need to be more careful when gluing to chipboard so it does not wrinkle. But I love it!
I used this with a Kodak Verite Printer and then with a Brothers Printer.I have used Matte Photo Paper before, but nothing like this. The quality of the photographs is no better on the Kodak paper then it is on regular printer paper.You do get a lot of sheets for the money, so like the Verite Printer itself, you get what you pay for.
