New Version with New Features The camera comes with a built-in star filter to create four-beam flares on the images, as well as a bulb shutter and a tripod socket to support long-exposure photography. Besides, it features an element of glass lens which produces sharper photos with more details captured. Photographers can create distinctive photography and capture images with ease. Looking For Fresh Appearances? Here comes two stylish series, the metallic glazed and the matte striped design. The former adds a touch of playfulness to your camera, while the striped pattern gives out a low-key lavish feeling. The H35N not only delivers exceptional image quality but also boasts a voguish design, making it the perfect chic accessory in the room. Built-in Star Filter The filter is used to create four-beam flares on beaming spots. Commonly used in shooting night illuminations, reflections on water surfaces, and scenes with tiny light sources. Coated, Improved Glass Lens One element of acrylic lens is replaced by glass lens which helps to sharpen the clarity of the images. Bulb Function (Long Exposure) With the use of a tripod, it helps to capture the trail of moving objects. Tripod Socket For best results, use a tripod to keep your camera steady and activate the bulb shutter to support long exposure photography.

Reto updated the already good Ektar H35N in spectacular fashion. The already good 22mm VUWS lens gets one of its 2 elements made out of coated glass. There's a 30.5mm filter thread (not that they tell you), a built in star filter, tripod point and a cable release (bulb only). It has 2 apertures f/11 in normal use and f/8 with flash. But pop out the battery and you can use as a extra stop with softening if the image. In normal (f/11) quite sharp centrally. One of the best plastic fantastics out there

Beyond happy with this camera. I loaded it up with a cheapy Ilford HP5 and the photos are now some of my most cherished! It's capable of taking some good moody pics, but I think the joy comes from it being the perfect easy camera to pass around a room, as it's so simple to point and shoot. You could chuck this around on the dance floor and capture some brilliant memories, or ask any random joe on the street to get a picture and even the most photography-challenged would be able to snap something good! It's a fail safe, and one of my new go to's for that reason. Plus, at £7 or so for HP5 + £13 or so for development, how decent is it that you come away with 72 pictures! Why didn't I discover half frame cameras before!Having used my sister's Kodak H35 (the model that ... MoreBeyond happy with this camera. This one has a nifty starburst filter that I used once (when I remembered!) and got a cute lens flare that looked very fancy, but other than that you might be better off saving a few quid.Thank you analogue wonderland! My new baby!
