I absolutely love my Kogan 55" QLED 4K Smart Google TV.Easy to order online, great discount, excellent communication about delivery which was prompt. Packaging was faultless, set-up was straight forward and it has all the features of a brand named TV that costs twice as much. The TV is slimline, lightweight and looks fantastic. The picture quality is super and it sounds great. Why pay more when you can get more value at Kogan!

The EPG on this TV is a joke. EPG allows you to read about what's on other channels while watching the current one. If you scroll through it, the channel your currently viewing should not change. On this TV, scrolling through the EPG to check out other channels causes the current channel to change!!! Really annoying.My previous TV, all of my family and friends TVs, all operate correctly with the EPG. Even KOGAN staff have said this is the ONLY model that behaves that way. So why sell it? I needed to downsize from my LG tv and found this tv on sale. It has a wonderful picture, great sound quality and is so easy to set up. I'm not tech savvy at all, but this TV makes everything so easy.I'm so pleased with this television and unlike my old one the remote is not giving me the urge to throw it at a wall by being such a pain to use!!Absolutely love it.Thanks Kogan for yet another great product. 😊

Bought this for my wife. She loves it but I love it too. Easy to set up with the good instructions. Was an upgrade to our older tv.I was thinking of getting a normal 65 inch TV but, decided to get a QLED Tv in which I made a good decision to get the later.Couldn’t be happier with the tv/video quality of the tv and connected it to my bose soundbar for sound and sounds like I’m in the cinema.Would definitely recommend this product. If you could afford to add a few more hundred dollars, I wood recommend getting a QLED or OLED TV as opposed to a normal tv
The picture quality is really good, maybe even better then expected in a light but not bright room. The feet are quite wide which was clearly indicated in the specs so it was known that it would fit on the TV stand but they are not quite high enough for the matching Kogan sound bar which blocks the remote sensor. A table stand, wall mount or mounting the sound bar above the TV may be required. The guide is a bit vague, the instructions for the TV and sound bar failed allow the sound bar to connect. Eventually playing with the settings got it to work. Channels & Inputs/Inputs - HDMI control on, Device auto power off, on, TV auto power on, on, and HDMI version set to auto. The TV remote now controls sound bar on, off and volume through the HDMI eARC.
I had an old Kogan TV from around 2011, which worked "okay" until recently, just a few issues over that time. But I'm really impressed with the improvements made to this Android TV. For this price point the quality is very good and much better than similar priced products. If you can't afford to spend $2,500 on a new TV, then this a very good option. I bought the additional warranty as well and I think this is a good investment to get the additional support.
Picture quality is meh - paid more for the QLED ver. but I don't notice any difference? In fact, I think it might be worse as I can see the columns of LED lights behind the screen. Definitely HD though. But the most annoying part is the remote - not sure if it's the remote itself, or the receiver unit on the TV, but turning this TV on using the remote is a struggle. We end up having to power cycle the TV to get the remote to work?? That or we have to turn the TV on manually. The Android OS also crashes occasionally - requiring a power cycle. Can't comment on the built-in speakers as we don't use them. Anyway, sure, this TV is passable, but I wish I'd spent a little more to get a legit TV.
Poor quality picture for free to air TV but not bad on high definition Netflix streaming.My 15 year old Toshiba Regza 1080p set gives a clearer picture.I would describe the picture as "washed out" with no clarity.I have made all the possible adjustments to get a clearer picture but still not happy!I guess you get what you pay for!Would NOT recommend this TV to anyone.I would send it back for a refund if possible.Next time I will be more discerning when I buy a replacement set maybe OLED or QLED but not just 4K Kogan.
not the easiest to get setup, I know it is only a tv but comes configured and runs at 1080p ou tof the box. Took much googling to find the magic setting hidden to turn on hdid2.0 to allow my GTX 2080 to see it at 4k.Running as main desktop monitor at 4k/60hz with HDR on (dont use windows HDR looks terrible). Using an amp with real speakers as tv speakers are tv speakers.On sale at $360, 4k 43" is a great upgrade from my 15yr old 1080p Panasonic.
