I have had my front loader for about a week and it seems to work as a washing machine should. Install is dead simple and the box is easy to slide along the floor. What I didn't notice from the website photos is that while it is a true 9kg unit, if fits into a 7kg form factor. Once you open the door you'll notice that the drum is huge. I was skeptical about a Kogan appliance at such a low price point, so I bought the full extended warranty. All in, it still worked out cheaper than any of the smaller branded ones including delivery. Pretty happy so far....

The washing machine arrived with a huge dint in one side. I had to get someone from Air Tasker to set it up and balance the machine. When I finally decided to wash after a week of not hearing from Kogan at all, I had to use the washing machine. It wished fine but spun itself all over the laundry when trying to spin the clothes out. I had to turn it off at the switch and I am still left with a washing machine that paid good money for, that I can't use.I am really unhappy with Kogan's service and am still waiting for another delivery.

Exactly the same machine at a big retailer sold for $998 and this delightful Kogan machine was MORE THAN HALF PRICE!The Deliveryman informed me of the estimated time of arrival and was very prompt, smartly attired, very well mannered and professional. He quickly and quietly removed my old machine and unpacked and set up the new machine in really good time, taking away all of the packaging and rubbish.There is no need to put yourself at risk of Covid-19 when you can conveniently shop at home, take advantage of these wonderful prices, and have the goods delivered and unpacked within 7 business days. This is essential when you need a washing machine as you quickly run out of clean clothes! I would not shop anywhere else.

The 9 kg capacity handles the work load very well.There was however an issue with the delivery which needs attention by Kogan.I paid for express delivery, which includes removal of the old machine and the new packaging.The New machine arrived very promptly.However, the deliverer was not prepared to remove the old machine or the packaging. After much wrangling and phone calls he eventually took the old machine away, but would not take the packaging.Kogan, there is some training required so that the Deliverers know what is required of them if they want to work for Kogan.
The size 9kg is good for doonas especially.. It was relatively easy to install with a bit of help.Getting the transit bolts on the back was probably the hardest part as it needed a tool I didn't have.But that's fine, it can be reused for something else.Shipping was great. Delivery up 3 flights of stairs right into laundry.Beens using for a few weeks and everything is going fine.

The performance is as good as more popular brands, and the price is significantly lower than similar popular brand, even including the factoring in of delivery fees.The main issue is that previous Kogan models had a "Favourite" option, allowing your to programme in your usual preferred wash - The cycle, spin speed, wash temp etc.This product does not appear to have this option. Great price for the washing machine and works really well. It gets a workout in our household of 4 and goes well. Adjusting the feet was a bit annoying as even a small shifter is too thick to get in to loosen the lock nut on the stabilising feet. You need a right size spanner (not included of course). I took an angle grinder to a bike spanner to make it the right size and it worked a treat.Some people in reviews have said about the excess vibration but that is only if you don't adjust the feet. ALL front loaders need to be stable when they spin. Just adjust the feet and you'll be right.
I don't like the washing machine since I only use 2 time and that machine shaking too much and I need to hold it and I already put my effort but the control for the machine to slowly shake unfortunately it more worst even i been reduced the speed to the lowest one still become more worstAlready try with little and 9kg but it still sameReally not recommended thisAnd I was complaining and hoping the solution i will get but kogan not even try to help me muchFor sure I really regret with that and I feel they lie about that washing machineNot recommended at all
I bought the washer during Covid lockdown as it was impossible to get an electrician out to fix my existing machine. I was thrilled with the price as it was on sale and less than 370 and impressed it was being delivered almost the next day. It's very easy to use and has a good combination of cycles, however its most annoying feature is how noisy it is going through the wash cycles from start to finish which in the end is the reason why I sold it. Definitely value for money and quick delivery.
Price is great. First washing machine delivered was damaged upon arrival so the delivery driver returned it to Kogan. The second washing machine was delivered a few days later and leaks water during some wash cycle settings. 90% of the time it washes ok, but does leak lots of water through the front of the machine on some occasions. Kogan offered to fix but advised they may need to use refurbished parts (even though it is a new machine!!).
