Good steam mop actually! Was surprise on how much it worked to mop the ground and clean the showers too. The only thing is if your cleaning a lot with this you’ll have to refill the water a couple of times which is annoying it is a small unit that’s why but powerful enough to clean the house. Definitely get one of these! I’ve been using it since day one. Thanks Kogan!

Received item December 2020, now in April and already the handle won’t stay in place and keeps popping out while mopping floors. Mop itself does a great job. Handheld steamer also works but impractical to use vertically on doors etc because of how bulky the machine is with always having to hold the trigger down.

The only thing is if your cleaning a lot with this you’ll have to refill the water a couple of times which is annoying it is a small unit that’s why but powerful enough to clean the house. i have requested a cancellation before the product was dispatched (which was very clear on their website). yet Kogan refused to. i wanted to cancel as i felt a cordless would have been a lot more easier. it is not fun at all with the cord. the steam mop is not very well made. i would not be paying more than 50 for it. the steam mop cleans the floor well, but difficult to clean the mop (it gets very dirty). extra accessories were close to useless, especially for window. DO NOT BOTHER.
Wasn’t sure whether to take the risk with this product or not, as I’d never owned one, or similar previously. However, because of the price, I thought it was worth a try. Result.. Very pleased so far and good value for money. Easy to assemble/disassemble and easy to use. I have a two story home with hard and carpeted floors and even on full power, it lasted the whole journey and was still going happily at tasks end. Can’t comment on product longevity however, as I’ve only had it a short time. Only one small drawback... it’s dust collection chamber is very small and I had to empty it 2/3 of the way through. No scratching visible on the hard surfaces, as was mentioned in the manual as a possibility. All in all... I am pleased so far and have no complaints.
Bought on sale for a reduced price; wouldn’t by at RRP. Mop is decent quality; steam pressure is ok. Low water tank capacity, ease of access filling up water and the fact the cord management system doesn’t really work while you use it are what holds this back from 5 stars.
After several vain attempts to find how to fill it, I finally got to use it. I found it heated up quickly, has a good reservoir of water, a nice length of flex and did the job on tiled floors very well. There are many attachments which over the coming months I will try out and looking forward to that.
Totally dissatisfied with my purchase. Instructions were hard to read on the leaflet, l asked customer care to assist…got nothing!! So my steam mop sits in its box for the last month collecting dust. Now finally l get told they’ll refund, only $19.99 when l paid $89.99
The product is poorly supported with information regarding the operation and is extremely misleading. Some of the directions have no relevance to the product. I blame Kogan for this rather than the Chinese person who has prepared the guide book who quite frankly had little idea of what he/she had written for printing in English. The Kogan buying department has failed miserably in checking the material that has cost Kogan a great deal.
All the different parts and unclear user manual made it a bit intimidating to figure out at first but the mop itself is straightforward to put together and use. Still one small microfibre component that doesnt fit on the upholstery/window cleaning extension I'm not sure about but everything else works well and is easy to understand. Mop is smaller than I thought, but carpet glider head is big enough.
