My dog, 3 - almost 4 year old black lab had this in pieces within 30 minutes. 2 big chunks of hard plastic in his mouth. Not durable, not strong, not good.
10 minutes after being given this to play with it had chunks out of it (all over the floor, luckily not being choked on). Not impressed.
I bought this based on previous Kong purchases and their reputation for durable products. After my 9 month old Bullmastiff had the toy for only 5 minutes, he had chewed a piece off the size of an apricot.
Useless piece of junk. It's already in the bin 48 hours later. Our cocker spaniel easily chewed this apart. It's advertised as durable but I'd like to know how that's defined.
I have a one year cocker spaniel who is a heavy chewer. This didn't even last a week. He ended up chewing bits off. Wouldn't recommend.
It does a good job as a tug toy but was dissatisfied that my Hudson was able to chew it up somehow, not as strong s other Kong products but if you have a less aggressive chewer it is perfect thanks
I was hoping for that toughness kong toys are known for and love that this has a hand for humans to hold but unfortunately my medium cattle lab mix chewed through it in minutes.
