Pepper is 9 months old Tweenie Daushand and received her box of toys today. Within 5 minutes she chewed a fin to the point that she was ingesting it and it had to be cut off.I'm very disappointed and she not even a big dog that warrants a big toy. I should of looked at the photo reviews. We have two Wubbas one is 5+ years old! This fish is adorable but not made as well. The seam between the head and body and head and tail were not done well. Within an hour of this and two other new toys I had to take it away. I wish I would of taken a picture. Now we have just the tail left. Pic of tail and two other toys she got that day which was now a month ago… she’s not that hard on toys.

Normally I have very positive things to say about Kong toys...my dog has had a quite a few...including two 3 Kong Wubba’s and Wubba and friends toys. We were excited about this toy, it’s vibrant colors and my dog loved it, as his other Wubba toys squeaked have ling since died. But the first one we ordered (for Christmas) ripped you our surprise two days after he started playing with it. We called Chewy, and in true Chewy fashion, they were wonderful and sent out out a replacement at no charge. Now we have had the second one for just about a month or so and it has already ripped apart. His other Wubba’s he got each lasted more than a year...there is something about how this one is made, where the seams are perhaps? I finally let our dog have this toy today and it only lasted him at most 2 hours. I have never had a Wubba fall apart as quick as this did. There is a little ball in front of the tail just behind the fish head and he had that out. This little ball is just the right size to be a major choking hazard. Just the right size to get stuck in a dogs throat. Please be cautious with this toy.
Originally I loved it, reminded me of the rainbow fish book. My dog also loved it and it was a favorite for fetch. And then it happened. First, the squeaker broke and now it just rattles. Then, I noticed some unraveling around the smaller ball area. Now, the smaller ball area is essentially completely exposed from the stitching coming undone as is some small bits around that.Just to be clear, my dog didn't chew it apart, it literally fell open.
My Goldendoodle absolutely loves this fish toy. She loves it so much she ate the fin off of it! Not the company’s fault, they made a great product, my dog just decided to chew on it. We cut off the hanging fabric and now it is just fin-less. She loves to fling it all around and squeak it. It has a different squeak noise than others which is good, breaks but the annoying same sound. Lol. Would recommend.
Very rugged and fun toy! The tail fins are floppy enough without being flimsy. Overall, the toy is robust. Even the lips (which my dog would normally chew off) are very tough material. The fish body has a good squeak. Overall, a 'win'.
The design is very cute and yes, Kong's come with a tennis ball inside when they get chewed up. But this literally lasted maybe half an hour (like the other reviews said). I don't even have a hard chewer of a dog! Her toys last for years and years with a couple of patches to them sometimes when a seam rips. This one just fell apart with a little bit of play. She tore the fish's lips right off.
I expected a Kong toy to be super durable and last a while for our new puppy. He loves this toy, but sadly the fabric is ripping and coming apart at the body as others have stated. The rubber ball inside is now exposed and I'm afraid we'll have to throw it away soon. This would probably be okay for less aggressive chewers. Fun for playing fetch.
This is my puppy’s favorite outdoor fetch toy. Gets wet in the grass and it holds up great. The material is heavy-duty and is tough. He wasn’t into frisbees or anything else outside so I bought this to see if he would like it. Big hit. We play fetch exclusively with this fish - I’m so happy we found it.
