Really quick delivery within 2 days of order. Nice customer service! Piano sounds good. One point to note - the box it came in shows the name of old model (without the “U”). But the piano is the current model. I was initially confused.

Amazing keybed, sounds great, compact and looks nice

Got this for my kid to learn piano, and we were seeking a digital piano to replace an old 90s keyboard. We wanted 88 keys with hammer weighting to feel and react like a real piano. The LP-380 comes with the Korg Real Weighted Hammer Action (RH3) keyboard, and I think it feels fantastic, very much like a real piano. In addition, the small speakers underneath sound huge, and the built-in instruments and effects sound terrific. With the cover closed, the whole piano tucks easily into a bedroom. We are extremely satisfied for the quality and value of this piano. I highly recommend this piano for the keybed feel, the size and the sound.

Arrived broken

Arrived with broken keys. Everything else looked and worked great but broken keys were a deal breaker. Make sure to check all keys if you purchase. My broken keys were the A and A# first keys on the left side. They didn't lift back into position after pressing and they moved together .

Fantastic Piano!

I love this piano. It sounds beautiful and the feeling of the keys is fantastic. A really great feature is that you can hear sound over USB from your iPad. This is useful if you are using apps or Youtube to help you learn piano - you just plugin your tablet and you'll hear the audio from the device along with your piano sound through the speaker or headphones. Many electric pianos only have MIDI over USB but without the audio, this is far more convenient.

Fantastic key action for a great price

I like this piano. A lot. I have the slightly older version of the LP-380, without USB, but I believe it's essentially the same. The key action feels very high-quality, and everything about it seems high quality. The two reviews that really persuaded me were Piano Dreamer's list of best console pianos, where he says that the Korg RH-3 key action is really hard to compete with anywhere in the <$1500 price range. He liked the long pivot and weight and feel.The other review site I found persuasive, AZ Piano News, now known as "digitalpianoreviewexpert" also found the RH-3 key action to be very high quality, especially relative to its price. It's also been used by Korg for a long time and is known to be very reliable.I tried a "TheOne" or "The One" piano recently, ... MoreI like this piano. A lot. If I had realized how much we would use this piano, I might have paid more to get the G1 Air. But I am really glad we at least got this one. The sound is plenty loud, but when I put on headphones, the quality really blows me away. That makes me think maybe the G1 Air may sound even better, but still, this is extremely good. Highly recommended.

Great piano and a best purchase made

Great digital piano for the beginners. I didnt want the weight and a size of a piano and this perfectly replaces the classic piano. Sounds are great with a depth and keyboards have right amount of pressure that resembles a classic piano.My kids loving play on this and the white color gives such a luxury feel. We love this piano!

Heavy and durable . but crack on board

I am satisfied with my investment, This instrument has strong durability. If you don't require frequent portability, this piano is the one to go. The sound from speaker and the headphone output is also amazing.However, one flaw is that there is an crack on my stand. It mars the whole experiment. I wish this is an isolated cases.

Perfect for price range

Piano is awesome! Looks exactly like the picture. Keys feel great, sound is nice and clear, plenty of volume. It's not as large as most digital pianos I've seen. This let's us move it anywhere in the room without being in the way.May not be as fancy as some of the other higher end models but it's perfect for the cost.

Solid great-sounding digital piano

This is a solid digital piano. It has weighted keys and a great sound. I've bought this twice now: the first time to go to Argentina, where we had it in our living room for three years; on our return to the US, I wanted my grand (which my friend is taking care of while we travel), but realized that the smaller piano made more sense in our smaller apartment. This Borg is great--for space-saving and for real piano sound. I'm happy to own another one.
