Really sturdy construction. Not just a toy either a proper instrument.Touch sensitivity was a bonus, but tbh it’s probably lost on the target audience.Great as a music box until the little mites are really interested.Only improvement I would make is being able to just play one selected in built tune as well as cycling through them all from the selected song.Overall pleased with what is, after all, a pricey gift.

Apples In Stereo) use "toy piano" on some tracks, I really wanted to check some out and add this color to some of my own songs. I tried some toy pianos in stores, but none of them satisfied me. But THIS ONE KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF! It is way beyond a kid's toy piano! Many diff. sounds (as well as "toy piano"); an input for USB or amp and an input for a power supply adapter. Musician's Friend doesn't carry the adaptor; and, when I called KORG, they don't sell to the public (???)I finally brought the instrument to 2 music stores and got the correct power supply adapter for this great instrument. The Korg toy piano is such a valuable instrument to teach music to young and even very young children who can listen as it plays and get pitch and timing 'by osmosis' from a very young age before branching out to play any musical instrument. It can also be a very good start to piano study as the child grows.
Wanted a proper style piano for my grand daughter not a keyboard.
The quality and sound of this "toy" piano is unbelievable. This makes a fantastic curio for the adult or an heirloom quality first piano for a child. A very highly recommended product. AAA+++.
The tinyPiano is a great product that I incorrectly thought to suffer from a clacking noise when pressing firmly down onto the keys, but upon examination it turned out to be intentionally programmed into the leftmost key's sound designation. If there is something lacking, it could only be a 9V power adapter, one with a plug that is narrow enough to fit the tinyPiano. I googled without luck, until I found the information I needed at a walk-in store. I've posted on a couple of other sites, so maybe a google will lead you to the information.
It's a great in-between for a tiny tot between a toy instrument and a real instrument. 20 different sounds, a ton of songs that sound beautiful and are played using different keyboard sounds - we even use it sometimes to settle the baby down for a nap! It's a wonderful little instrument and super cute and well constructed.
