Average. I have used many brand hydrating masks but unfortunately I can only report my experience with this mask as average. I have dry, mature, menopausal skin, I bought this mask to see if it would deliver the hydration I was hoping for. I experimented with leaving the mask on overnight and for short periods during the week. This product might be more suited to a younger, combination skin type but for an older skin like mine (50+) it is a little too light on hydration. I didn't notice much result in terms of skin plumping when compared to other hydrating masks I have used previously. If someone gave me a free sample of this mask I would use it again but it is not a product I shall be purchasing again in the near future.
