Had a more expensive pool cleaner at our property when we moved in and it was nothing but trouble even after spending lots of money on servicing the item. So though we would go back to a popular brand and can't be happier.

The material of this part is thin plastic, easily ground down to nothing by the pebblecrete of the pool. It is a pain to replace and not cheap either for such little material it takes to make it.
