Bought these for my solo Translab Highway trip. I have them installed on my crash bars. One has my thermal jacket, pants and bellaclava, the other has my waterproof gear, pants , jacket & gloves. I hit a week of non stop rain...mostly on gravel roads. Those bags are definitely tough and waterproof. They are on the expensive side, but if your serious about riding in any conditions... these are a must.

I am a fan. The bags are versatile, flexible, and they keep water out. The only downside is that the bags are essentially dry bags, so it is not easy to retrieve small items or to compartmentalize things. Hence, the tank bag, which I use for small things I need frequently.

I recently bought the Kriega luggage. It was supposed to be 100% waterproof.I have 2 OS 18 dry packs, and One OS 12 pack plus numerous mounting accessories including the dirtbike mount accessoryAfter 2 days of riding in the rain in Florida all my gear was wet. I am not a happy customer..I bought the Kriega line of luggage because it looked well made and claimed to be waterproof. It was a decent size for the adventure riding I like to do. However when claims are made regarding 100% waterproofness, then that is what one expects. I think the mounting accessories are overpriced, and the luggage did not perform as advertised. I will be happy to return this for a full refund and purchase something else.

I've been really pleased with the kriega OS kit I've received from Get Geared. The OS base is really simple to fit and easy to adjust, the OS bags, simply strap onto the base, it's secure and everything is adjustable. What's made the experience even better, were the guys at Get Geared, they send it all next day, for no extra charge, they've kept in contact and to be completely honest, I really like the hand written note, in the box with the stuff I ordered.Great stuff, being sold by a group of good guys, who are always happy to help.Thank you, much appreciated and I'll be back to buy again.
The bag is well, a bag. The construction seems very good and good for Kreiga equipment.Trying to fit it onto different engine guards is another story, I have a T-Rex engine guard. The straps could be longer, I had to mount the bag horizontally, so straps could reach. The metal end clasps could be replaced with loops or a hard plastic, they dig into the engine guard.Luckily at the price I had purchased only one to see fit and finish. Will end up using for a different application.
I think these are just made for the Royal enfield Himalayan, they fit perfectly and looks great. The build quality is just awesome and no complaints in that department. My only complain is not from the bag brand or Revzilla. My complain is for the Indian Customs. I had to pay 40.8% customs duty tax for this bag and it is applicable on any bag I order into India. So any Indian wanting this bag, please don?t order it, it?s already an expensive bag and on top of it you?ll have to pay 40.8% customs duty so it?s not worth it.I wish Revzilla could do something about it for it?s Indian fans.
Fitted this to the back of my Royal Enfield Himalayan. The "G" hooks are secure. The straps have a spring loaded clip that holds the strap in place after tensioning them. The Bag is lined with a roll top opening. I can stick a lunch, some water and a few essentials in it. It's size might limit it's utility but for me it was perfect. I later bought a OS-12 for those occasions when you want to carry a bit more.I bought it on a whim and I'm very pleased
They mention this in the "fine print", so fair enough, but the way they're pictured on the crash. guards, you'll need an extra pair of straps for each bag.I bought 4 straps at $6.00 each at Ace Hardware and they worked fine. But I also had to buy some metal loops to secure to the crash guards, (4 per crash guard, 2 on top and 2 on the lower part of the guard) with hose clamps to run the Ace Hardware straps through, so the straps wouldn't shift back and forth on the crash guards risking the bags sliding off the bars.I have large Kriegas for my main saddlebags and they work great, however I also found that replacing the "Metal Hook and Loop" type of main buckles with REI snap in place plastic buckles is much for convenient for closing and opening the main bags. I still recommend Kriega stuff as the modular setup and absolute waterproof nature of their soft bags is really nice.
I use the OS-6 as crash bar bags and the OS-18 as my main luggage. They're extremely simple without much hardware to break or many failure points. They've seen their share of crashes, been drug along rocks and dirt, and they have no scuffing at all. A couple of the plastic clips that hold the slack from tightening the straps snapped on drops, but not a big deal to me. My new favorite bags for their durability and simplicity.
The bag is great. Just the right size to attach to the 10lt one . Urban Rider are really good to deal with. I live in New Zealand and everything arrives within 7 days max. Absolutely will be buying through them
