Bought this blanket and super impressed with it . First outing juiced my batteries up to 100% within 2 hours of direct sun and kept them there with fridge / freezer and accessories running . Also folds up in its own bag very convenient, very happy with purchase.

Good quality blanket. I had recently changed from a cheaper brand that decided to melt on me in direct sunlight. I now have the mentality of buy once and be done with it. My old 200 watt blanket barely gave me 5 amps on a perfect day. On an overcast day this blanket provides an easy 6-8 amps, some sunshine comes out and witnessed it putting 14.8 amps into my system. I use an Enerdrive 40+ to manage the blanket, I haven’t used the regulator that comes with it, however I’m sure it will do the job. My preference is just using a good quality DCDC unit.

I've now had this unit for over a year and I've been very happy with its power capacity. It certainly meets all my power requirements. I can keep my fridge going, recharge all the various toys we tend to take camping and run an inverter as well. Overall, the construction is robust and durable.The only disappointment is the hanging loops. These are of flimsy black cord that appears to have been sewn into the cover with just a single stop stitch. The panels are quite heavy, so this is rather surprising. Over time, these loops have started to pull out. I am now getting my friendly neighbourhood upholsterer to sew on loops made out of decent webbing.
great solar panels but very long & heavy for putting out and taking in every couple of days. Would be better sold with a MPPT controller.

Very expensive premium blanket, I was expecting better at this price point.Supposed to be diode bypass but even the slightest amount of shade renders it near useless. The same quality spec equivalent blanket can be had for half this price.It works but its not great and it should be at this price point.
Seems robust based on a couple of uses so far, reasonable weight especially compared to my old glass panels, compact, delivers power as advertised. Easy to bypass built in MPPT controller for when I'm charging my car that already has a controller configured.
Good solar blanket. Does its job. Charges pretty fast
I first purchased a much cheaper (but not eBay cheap) 300W blanket and found it would top out at around 120W into my battery. This blanket has a much larger surface area than most which is vital. I've found during ideal conditions this blanket will pump out between 200W~220W into the battery using the included PWM controller. This blanket is expensive on a cost per Watt basis, however is ideal if you want to only carry a single blanket while maximising your solar production.
