If I could give it a zero, I would. I’m certain this is not real L-Carnitine. I’ve taken real stuff from other supplement companies and the results were phenomenal. Not only did it not work, but it made my lab results for my liver (BUN) elevated and made my sweat smell strongly like ammonia (cat urine). Great product to assist in fat metabolism & reduction of fat mass. Also, seems to assist in post training recovery. Highly recommended.I do 2 grams post workout with a high-carb, high-protein shake/meal.I also do 2 grams twice per day on an empty stomach of Acetyl L-Carnitine with other fat burning ingredients.Very please with all transactions with BulkSupplements. I can’t give a review about it now as I just started taking it 3 days ago. But what I can do is tell you my past experiences with this supplement from B S is quality. Great stuff. I stack it as a pre workout on training days and on non training days take it before I head out to work. This is a great stack pre workout with Taurine, Creatine HCL , Beta Alanine and L Carnitine I think since adding the Carnitine it’s also helped with strength and endurance. Either way anything you buy from bulk supplements is a win. Best quality

I just use the tip of the handle of any utensil (fork, knife, spoon) to pick up a small amount of the supplement from the package, and simply drop it into a bottle of water. I mix it with the BCAA Branched Chain Amino Acids 2:2:1 ratio, and it helps to reduce pain, stiffness, soreness, etc., in my muscles and joints. It seems to be helping to repair my damaged hair, skin and nails, as well, which is an added bonus. It took a few days for me to see results. Would I sound crazy, if I told you that I think that it may even help to elevate my mood, and improve brain power? Now, I'm trying to enlist the rest of my family to give it a chance. Buying bulk for many supplements provides a significant savings. much of them, L-Carnitine included dose at very small amounts; 1/5 TSP. I decided to purchase empty capsules, the tool kit, and a capsule assembly kit for 24 capsules. Once the time and money spent to put the powders in capsules enables these supplements to more easily and accurately be ingested. Some other colored supplement powders like berberine are a nightmare to deal with when capsulating and are very difficult to swallow in chalk powder form, and time wise, well worth the extra cost to buy in capsules.
