I’m going to be honest and say I haven’t used this yet but if it is anything like the Immortelle Divine Cream then I know it will work well on my skin and I will love it. My sister uses it and says that it is incredible so I know it is a luxury item that is worth investing in but cost effective too as only a small amount is required. I can’t wait to try it out

Finally, finally, an incredible eye cream!!! I have been looking everywhere for something like this. I have tried numerous other eye creams (department store and even all natural ones)...I will not go back to anything else. I call it my little pot of gold. It hydrates so well and those little fine lines are getting nourished. It is taking away my dark circles - honest truth. I've been using it for about two weeks and what a tremendous difference. Beautiful product!!! So very happy.

I fell for the raving reviews what a total waste of money. I'm returning but it's still a waste because you only get credit. So what other useless overpriced product will I get stuck with. This is oily and my dark circles actually look worse after application! It does nothing for puffiness and bags. I have no idea what everyone is talking about this product is garbage. I'm going back to (other brands). The only thing truthful in the above reviews is that you barely have to use any but that's because it's so oily.

This is a 'balm' rather than a cream so it's quite a bit thicker than the eye cream in this range. I think it would be easier to use if the pot had a wider top. I can get my finger in but only ever seem to get the smallest amount out due to the firm texture. It goes on ok, have not noticed a difference yet but it's still early days I guess. Generally I like loccitane products and buy across the ranges, but not sure I'd get this again.
I really like this eye cream and have been using it for a long time. What really frustrates me though is the shape of the packaging. When you have long nails it is impossible to get the last of the cream out of the top curved section out of the jar which means that some of the product is wasted.I have tried using the plastic scoop that was given to me but that also does not work. The packaging would be better if it had straight sides.Please look into this so I don't have to change products.
I have loved using the Immortelle Divine Eye Balm. The thickness of the balm is awesome and does not melt and run into my eyes causing a burning sensation I get with many eye creams. Also, it doesn't cause my mascara to run like many eye creams. My problem with dark circles and fine lines around my eyes is no longer a problem. The balm goes a long way. I prefer using the small spatula that comes with the balm vs the pump. I have more control on the amount I need to use. I highly recommend this product.
Although expensive for such a small (15 ml) jar, it's a great product. A little does go a long way, the creamy texture is nice, and I find it has 'lifted' the skin tone under my eyes. I like it very much.
Feels divine on skin and smells lovely too! Definitely makes eyes feel more refreshed and with regular use reduces dark circles too. Have tried a number of other brands- This is the one for me! Not cheap but a little goes a long away. Definitely worth the premium price tag. 5 Stars all round.
I hoped that this balm would help me with dark circles under the eyes, puffiness under the eyes and fine wrinkles around the eyes. I used it for a month. he did nothing. I am very upset. Reviews that this is a miracle balm are not true.
I have bought this eye cream before but I rotate different products and forgot that though it looks nice on my bathroom shelf the shape of the container is terrible. The top is smaller so getting the product out is difficult. It gets under my fingernail and often is then wasted. If too much comes out it is difficult to put it back in so for the expensive price I am getting maybe 1/3 of the product. Even using a small stick is wasteful.
