Loreal Paris total repair 5 repairing conditioner works great on my hair, which is wavy and thick. I have been using this for couple of months and can feel that my hair feels stronger and less damaged. It works on 5 signs of damage 1. Weak 2. Fried 3. Brittle 4. Tangled 5. Split-ends. I also use the shampoo that goes with this conditioner you buy sepetate. After I shampoo . I condition and leave in about 3 min. In my opinion it works just as well as the more high end conditioners and cost way less, and very convenient to find in most local stores.

Shampoo and conditioner are both very effective. I can’t put my finger on what the scent is, but it’s AMAZING! Nice packaging and pump works well. Texture of this conditioner is great! It’s smooth and creamy! Great price point as well. My hair smells great for days and is silky soft after use! Highly recommend!!

I wish I had learned about this sooner. My hair was over processed (bleached three times within 4 weeks) and there was a chunk in the back that had literally ripped out while I was washing my hair. I went to a salon and they told me nothing could fix it except chopping it all off (my hair was just down to mid breast level and was chopped to an above shoulder bob 😡) I came across this and after about three washes my hair was softer stronger, and no longer shedding or falling out! This completely turned my hair around. Had I found about this sooner I could have saved my hair! I highly recommend this and reach for it every time I bleach my hair to help repair any damage

The shampoo left my hair feeling soft and it didn't get all tangled nor did get all dry or matted up during the washing process my fingers were raking right through my hair no problem. Once i applied the conditioner my hair became even softer not dry or tangled like other products it actually felt softer and the smell of this brand is amazing and last which i love. The leave in conditioner keeps you hair soft even once dried, it has a nice slip on your hair once applied which keeps hair from getting tangled up allowing you to comb through your hair without breakage and hold the moisture in her your hair for a good 3-4 days which was so awesome for me its hard to keep moisture in my hair.

This is my favorite drugstore conditioner. I found it because my hair couldn’t stand the thin cheap conditioner that my bf had and I wanted something I could use at his place. I went to CVS and picked this up. It really nourished my dry curls and felt like a luxury conditioner. Use sparingly if your hair is thin or fine because this will leave a film but if you use the correct amount for your hair, anybody can use it. It’s my boyfriend’s favorite now too.

My hair is wrecked from tons of bleaching and fantasy colors and more color-treating and then going silver then changing my mind and going back to vivid colors. After a 3xweek/shampoo (to try to limit my use of hair-dryers or any kind of heat on sad, dry tresses) I slather on this Elvive conditioner heavily then slap on a shower cap and leave it in for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. It's not a miracle product but it does give a little softness back to my otherwise crusty hair, plus it's fat more affordable than the heavy hair mask treatments.

Just Right!

I've used the leave in conditioner for quite some time and just decided to try this rinse out variety. I love it, wish I'd bought it sooner! Everything about it is great for my hair. Which, by the way, is thick, curly, a bit dryish, gaelic wild and attached to a senior lady. Little to no grey though. Anyway, the fragrance, Goldilocks thickness, moisturizing, repairing, it all works for me! I highly recommend at least trying it.

Mystery Ingredient

the first ingredient is 1101573PT23 Aqua or 1101573PT23 water. Last i heard water wasn't given alphanumeric designations. Google AI says it's a solvent. And that is all I could find about it. So the most prevalent ingredient in this is some sort of chemically manipulated water.... It gets into my eyes when I rinse. I'm not sure I'm okay with this.

Smells amazing, can be drying.

I love the smell of this conditioner, I am very sensitive to scents and this does not bother me, it's very light and smells like a salon. If you are following the curly-girl method, this is not curly-girl-approved because of the silicones: Dimethicone and Amodimethicone. I do have fine/wavy hair, CGM did not work for me, as my hair likes silicones. However, this can be drying if you are protein-sensitive which I am, There is Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, which also contains Isopropyl Alcohol, which can also be drying. If You are looking for something that smells good and has a lot of slip in the shower, then give this a try, my advice is to use a good leave-in conditioner.

Unbelievable

I've had my loreal paris elvive shampoo and conditioner for 1 week. I am so pleased with the healing care loreal has in this product. Never have I ever found any shampoo or conditioner that even comes close to this product. My hair is unbelievable shape just in a week. All stars go out to loreal for making the absolute best hair care products in the world. I will never use anything else on my hair. Thanks loreal corporation.
