I have purchased this serum on my own together with the same series Cell Renewal day cream spf 30 + night cream. I bought it as a xmas gift set on sale in Finland, all for 24 euros, I just had to give it a try :) I have a dry-ish fair skin prone to pigmentation, so I'm religious with my sfp and I use retinol daily. As I was using all of 3 cell renewal products I can't tell exactly which did what, but they all have similar ingredients and I guess do the same thing. Midnight serum is tingling my skin and causes a bit of redness after applying, dunno whether it's a good sign or not, but sensation goes away fairly soon. Disappointed

I’ve been using several different L’Oréal skin care products for years. I saw this serum, and was optimistic based on the reviews and ingredients. My initial disappointment when I first opened the bottle was the strong perfume scent. I use other brands of high tech skin care serums and all are unscented or have a very soft smell that’s barely perceptible applying the product. The second disappointment is that my skin doesn’t feel any different hours after the application of this serum. It doesn’t appear to be improving the texture, firmness, clarity or hydration of my face. The third disappointment is that the dropper that it comes with doesn’t work properly and it’s not easy to squeeze a drop out without making too much come out. Found a serum that tics all the boxes!

I am very excited about the results from my testing experience! The serum is non-greasy and absorbs quickly. A very light scent that dissipates after I put it on earned big points because my husband always complains about the smell of previous products even waking from a deep sleep to ask what the smell was. The non greasy quick absorbing also was a big plus as no transfer on my pillowcases was really great! No need for a special pillowcase to avoid staining or worse colour loss on pillowcase like a previous product caused. My skin is super soft, the crepe texture is gone and the tone is even . I wasn't happy with the sample. An unpleasant sensation occurred the following day of application, however I brought it over to a friends place, unboxing with her, watching a movie and snacking together, and she tried the product with me and liked the product. As a result, she went to the website and ordered something online, asking me if I wanted a full bottle of the product I shared with her. I declined, but there was a different product on sale offered on the website that interested me, and she purchased that for me with her order. Expecting it any day now. Thanks for the opportunity. The bottle design is elegant with not unnecessary wording around the bottles.It smells like pleasant orange. It is light orange yellow colour with texture not too thick nor too light.
