After reading mix reviews on this, I thought id give it a whirl.And would recommend if you have dry hair or trying to grow your hair out.I have tried many products from Olaplex to kerastase and other high end brands and this has been better if not as good as those brands.I think the price of it is good value for money for what it provides and is meant to do. Some people say it isn't, but in comparison to higher brands that claim to do the same thing, it really is good value.Some shampoos and conditioners work for some and others don't. This may not suit people with thinner hair. I have thick curly hair and this after one use alone felt amazing. My hair felt summer soft, ends feeling really good and no frizz!I will definitely be buying more and more of the range.

My hair isn't extremely damaged, but it can be dry. This shampoo instantly smoothed out my hair, even the greys looked better. My ends felt smoother (At the moment in need of a trim) and generally my hair looked fairly healthy. I like to test things using no other styling products etc which can mask things. I used it on its own to get a better idea of what it was doing (versus using it together with the conditioner) and even as a stand alone product it left my hair feeling fabulous - I actually wore it down through the day for the first time in forever it felt so good! After using this shampoo, it left my hair feeling more stiff. This may be an indication that the bonds are being repaired which means hair is stronger however as my hair is already quite thick, it made it a little more difficult to manage. If you don't mind this then this may be the perfect shampoo to use. Bearing in mind that if you use conditioner after, the hair does become softer, but oftentimes when there isnt enough time to use the whole selection of product's then you'd have to compromise. For this reason I have taken off one star.I have not noticed any less breakages or shiner hair after only a week of use.The shampoo is fragrant and long lasting. Ive had compliments asking what shampoo I use because of the smell.

Other brands are available of course but cost a lot more and price point is really important right now for many of us. I have used in conjunction with the conditioner it applied beautifully and the scent is on so wonderful. I wouldn’t say it’s overpowering it’s just a lovely scent! Nice consistency not runny. Upon blow drying my hair the brush went through with ease and usually I get a lot of times where I have to pull. I didn’t with this. When straightening they glided through my hair and the end result is beautiful soft smooth feels like silk hair and smells gorgeous. No split ends showing and I’m sure I have plenty it’s just smooth. Because this brand new shampoo is sulphate free, I was expecting a stripped back shampoo. But no, its beautiful. Its thick, lucious and has a fragrance like perfume. It feels nice to apply and the lather it provides is also luxurious. You just know its doing good things for your hair. My hair is natually frizzy and wavy and unruly. I dye it and straighten it, so I really punish my hair. But this shampoo feels like I'm rewarding my hair. It does everything I need it to. It makes my hair feel really clean, moisturised and once straightened, very smooth any shiny. And , the fragrance is beautiful and long- lasting. It's more expensive than some shampoos. But its worth it !!!!

Wonderful audition to the Elvive range . The fragrance of this range is lovely, cant say exactly what it is or what it smells of but it is great. You only need a small amount of this thick, creamy almost gel like shampoo. Unusual consistency but not in a bad way . It quickly spreads over the hair and foam's up to give a thick creamy lot of bubbles. The shower is filled with a fantastic aroma . Left on for a couple of minuets for it to work its magic . Rinsed and followed up with the bond repair conditioner. Left on again for a few minuets, it seemed a shame to renice it off . Left hair feeling smooth soft and smelling heavenly . Try it NOW!
