I purchased this skincare item several days ago at my local Cub Foods in the beauty and self care section, and so far am finding myself pleased with the results I have been seeing from it even already. This is a cream I would describe as medium thickness, not quite heavy, and very smooth and blendadable. I like to use it in the outer corners of my eyes (skin around that area) as well as sometimes directly on the eyelid itself, to smooth and ideally over time, gradually decrease, the appearance of wrinkles/fine lines in those areas. I personally dislike the fact that they directly put '55+' right on the front of the packaging, especially given that this cream is gentle and can certainly be effective for younger or much younger people as well; I personally see no need ... MoreI purchased this skincare item several days ago at my local Cub Foods in the beauty and self care section, and so far am finding myself pleased with the results I have been seeing from it even already. I purchased mine for $12.99, but I think Cub must have this particular item marked up a bit in price, as I do see other vendors such as Amazon and Walmart charging closer to $10 for this skincare item when I look online. Overall, I feel that this is a nice and good quality skincare item at a reasonable price point, and one that I would be entirely happy to recommend for others to try, too. 💜

I love L'Oreals Eye cream so much I thought I would try this moisturizer. I am 56, and this is a moisturizer for day and night. I was pleasantly surprised again, this is a light moisturizer with hyaluronic acid creating just the right amount of hydration my combination skin desired. A little goes a long way, and after applying my t-zones are not oily which doesn't happen often. After a few days my skin feels softer and better hydrated. I don't know if it softens the wrinkles yet, I will update after longer use. I like this product and definitely recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I bought this a while back and use it daily, mostly at night. I don't really care for the smell of this moisturizer but it's lightweight and feels okay on my skin. I usually use a thicker moisturizer from L'Oreal during the day and under my makeup. I don't know why but today I thought I would try this one under my makeup. I gave it two or three minutes to soak in and even had a fan on low. Then I started putting a silky primer on and just lightly wiping it across my skin. All of a sudden I started noticing little rolls and balls across my cheeks and on my fingers. So I wiped my skin down with a washcloth. With clean fingers, I started wiping across my forehead and sure enough, it was balling up, with nothing else on it. Needless to say, I washed my face again and started over with my serum, eye cream and my usual L'Oreal Collagen moisturizer. So now I'm questioning whether or not this moisturizer absorbs into my skin or just sits on top of it. At night, I never applied anything on top of it so this is the first time I am seeing this. I don't like that and I don't think I will purchase this again. I haven't really seen any results with this yet anyway and the jar is almost to the bottom. I have a new cream on the way to try from Amazon. I'm still on the search for my perfect cream/moisturizer.

Amazing but
7 August 2022

I use L’Oréal wrinkle Expert day cream and night cream and live them both. But when I go to my Drayton use one of them, I alway need to look for my reading glasses first as both creams have same tub. It’s so annoying at my age. Simple solution is to make lids different colours. White for day time and blue for night. I am tempted to switch the brand to make life easier for myself.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN
8 April 2023

I am really sorry that I bought this product. It caused burning of the skin beneath my eyes. It also caused EXTREME dryness. It made me look like I had aged with more wrinkles than when I started using it. I have used it for about 2 weeks. I have sensitive skin and this product really is NOT for sensitive skin! I called L'Oreal and reported it. It should come with a warning label for those with sensitive skin. I am 58 yrs old and the box says: "55 ", so purchased 2 jars. WOW! I REALLY regret it! I have used Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Cold Press, Nature's Path, to help repair the damage. It has REALLY helped to soothe the dryness and reduce the wrinkles. I hope I get back to normal soon. If you have sensitive skin, my advise to you is, AVOID THIS PRODUCT!

Lovely smooth cream but no SPF!
15 July 2022

I bought this for the first time two weeks ago and wanted to use it before writing a review. I love the lightness to the cream as it sinks in very quickly and there is no sticky residue. I disagree with the review who said it had a disgusting smell. The fragrance is very minimal and if anything has a light cucumber refreshing smell. The biggest disappointment is the fact it has no SPF which is why I have marked the product down. My previous day creams all have contained SPF 30+ but they are thicker to wear. I am just adding SPF on top for protection.

No SPF!
15 November 2022

Just bought revitalift hydrating day cream for 40 +. Assumed it would contain spf as obviously this is crucial. No leaflet in packaging. Have spent ages trying to find the info online. Now discover here it doesn’t. Not impressed. Would not have bought if I’d known.

No greasy moisturizing option
29 March 2016

I received the L'Oreal Paris Wrinkle Expert 25+ Day/Night Moisturizer though the Spark Review Program and have been using it for almost a month. It comes in a 1.7 oz glass jar, which is rare as most cosmetics are mostly packaged in plastic container nowadays. It is a cream, but not too creamy as it has more of a translucent quality to it. A small amount spreads nicely and easily over the skin and it did not leave that greasy residual feeling on my face and fingers after rubbing it on, which is important to me because I have oily skin. Usually I do not like my facial products to have any perfumed fragrance, but the fragrance this has is a soft floral scent that is not overpowering. In fact the scent was not readily evident shortly after applying the cream to my face. ... MoreI received the L'Oreal Paris Wrinkle Expert 25+ Day/Night Moisturizer though the Spark Review Program and have been using it for almost a month. Usually I do not like my facial products to have any perfumed fragrance, but the fragrance this has is a soft floral scent that is not overpowering. In fact the scent was not readily evident shortly after applying the cream to my face. It claims to have a substance called hyaluronic acid (which I did not know of until receiving this product) that is supposed to leave the skin feeling hydrated, soft and reduces the first signs of aging. While I can confirm that it does make my skill feel moisturized and soft, with a clean non-greasy feeling, I cannot attest to it doing anything for the fine lines on my forehead. It works nicely under makeup as it is complete absorbed by the skin, therefore not tampering with the application of the makeup, be it foundation or powder, however, does not provide any SPF protection, which I believe it should have given that it is touted as a DAY and night moisturizer. That along with the fact that it did not do much for my fine lines, led to me rating it as average. I would recommend this product, but more for night time use, especially if you live where it is mostly sunny.

Soft and gentle
15 July 2022

Bought this two weeks ago and wanted to use before writing a review. I am 66 and wanted to try something new which was age related. This is a lovely light feeling cream which sinks in very quickly but leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. There is a very faint cucumber smell which to me is pleasantly refreshing. Not sure about its anti-wrinkle claims. Only time will tell!

This one works!
21 May 2023

I am a 53yo male with a Chinese extraction born in the tropics (i.e. genetics and environmental context), and have not hesitated to try out L'Oreal anti-wrinkle products made for both men and women. I have used the 35+ Collagen, 45+ Retinol, and this 55+ Calcium range of anti-wrinkle cream. I think my skin responded very well with this 55+ Calcium product. My skin looks plum and radiant within weeks. I use the day cream version for my evening after bath before bed which is perfectly fine.
