Awful. No matter how much you rinse and scrub your hair scalp, the shampoo leaves it feeling dirty and greasy after it dries. I kept using it since I didn’t want it to go to waste, but had to follow up with a clarifying shampoo on my roots to wash away the buildup each time. Smells good though!

The shampoo lathers below average and if you wait for your hair to be greasy this shampoo, will need to be used at least twice to get clean hair.This will not make your hair bounce with a squeaky clean feel at all.It weighs down hair big time and you can even feel the greasy or sticky feel post wash if you use only this shampoo.I am very surprised how it leave my hair sticky.This will work for very rebellious hair and frizz which actually needs to be tamed down but for normal hair, I did not notice any softness or clean feel but lot of sticky weighed down feel.On greasy or oily hair this will simply not work even if you use the entire bottle too expensive for that. While I usually love everything L’Oréal professional puts out I actually didn’t love this shampoo. It doesn’t suds up like normal shampoo and has the consistency of conditioner. In fact I actually accidentally used this as conditioner one time because of the way the shampoo makes your hair feel. For some people this might be perfect but I think it makes my hair feel dirty when I’m done showering.

Good but not as good as the original!

I have been using this shampoo for about 10 years since my hairdresser recommended it. The new formula is not as good as the old one! The coating on the hair is more noticeable and the smoothing effect not so good! I can see why some new users don't like it but the whole point is the coating that it gives to the hair is like 'leave in' conditioner - so if you don't like that effect it is not for you! Personally I would plead for the old formula back!

Just awful

I agree with the other reviews, this shampoo leaves your hair feeling greasy, sticky and waxy. It seems more unwashed than before I washed it. I've given it several attempts as like someone else said I thought I had not rinsed properly but it's just disgusting. I completely regret this purchase.

I got the shampoo from the salon and so I ordered the conditioner here, and well, they both suck. My hair gets dirtygreasy so much sooner after washing with these, than if I used my typical shampoo and conditioner. They both feel very thin, like you need to use more product. I know some expensive products are more concentrated, but Ive tried using less, and its as if it just dissolves and does nothing. Never again. Ill stick to my regular store products.

Sticky residue

Had high hopes but despite thorough rinsing, a slimy residue remains. The hair is left sticky, greasy and if left to dry naturally, crispy. Worst shampoo I’ve used
