This pan is great. It's sturdy and holds heat well, keeping food warm for extended periods of time. I used it last Christmas to make rice pudding for a 24 guests. I've also baked sourdough bread in it a few times, since I always bake that in some sort of cast iron (usually a dutch oven). The only drawback of this pan is that it's generally too big to use with any sort of regularity for just my husband and I, but I still love it. I might have to find a smaller one that we can use more frequently.
