I only wear it at nighttime because I don’t want to waste my other eye cream from Sulwhasoo which I actually love. La Mer while it definitely is expensive, doesn’t necessarily mean it works. I have tried dozens of eye creams and have never been overly impressed. I will say the eye balm intense was my favorite but wasn't amazing enough to keep buying. I never thought I had under eye problems. That changed with the first use of this eye cream. Instantly they were less puffy and it even lightened up my under eye although I didn't think I had dark circles. This cream does what that one is supposed to. I'm annoyed. I like it so much because it's so expensive but also kind of excited to finally find an eye cream that does something.

Instantly Invigorating Without Any Sting or Irritation

I used to buy the Eye Concentrate and it worked well--however, if I were to ever get some on my lashline or in my eye at all, my eyes would get **horribly** teary, red, and itchy. This is the first eye cream I have used that has visible results within five minutes of application. Nothing has come close to reducing the puffiness around my eyes. Much better than the regular La Mer eye concentrate, which surprised me.But it’s not just for eyes! My La Mer rep at Neiman’s told me a little can be used around my lips for the fine pucker lines you get as you age. It also has visible results on “marionette” lines and the droopy base of my jawline next to my chin. I even put it on a couple of bad forehead lines and the rather deep vertical line between my eyes. I also notice a reduction in my skin redness around eyes and under the nose, Within five minutes I notice about a 50% reduction of lines and droopiness in those areas. Toner (after washing face)2. Genaissance Infused Lotion (shake well before using and then shake out about 2 to 3 three dots)3. Genaissance Serum Essence (use about 2 droplets from applicator)4. Creme de La Mer and The Concentrate together (put a small amount of both on palm of one hand and rub palms together to mix thoroughly, applying palms to face in an upward motion)5. Genaissance Eye and Expression Cream (apply with the metal applicator on eyes and any face lines you particularly hate; the coolness of metal applicator also helps to reduce eye puffiness)Hope this helps you find what works best for you, but I would definitely recommend the Genaissance Eye and Expression Cream to everyone over 45.

I have tried dozens of eye creams and have never been overly impressed or formed an attachment. I will say the eye balm intense was my leading favorite but wasn't amazing enough to keep buying. I never thought I had under eye problems. That changed with the first use of this eye cream. Instantly they were less puffy and it even lightened up my under eye although I didn't think i had dark circles. I've used the ole Hendrickson banana bright eye cream that has that sort of reflective shimmer to make your under eye brighter but doesn't actually do anything. This cream does what that one is supposed to. I'm annoyed I like it so much bc it's so expensive but also kind of excited to finally find an eye cream that does something.

Too good to be true

I’ve purchased almost $2000 in La Mer products from June to July. Needless to say, I love this brand! But just because most other products in a line are great don’t mean all of their products will be great. I learned this the hard way. I allowed the La Mer salesperson talk me into this one as it was the “holy grail” of eye creams. Despite the $495 price tag, I trusted the salesperson and the brand. Hate it! I absolutely hate this product and wish I would’ve stuck with the eye balm intense. Genaissance eye cream have given me a sunken in look, and I’m so mad at myself for allowing salespeople to influence me into throwing $500 out the window!

UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!! GIVE IT A CHANCE - YOU MUST

LA MER is the ONLY cream that makes your skin look younger. I have tried every cream - expensive, mid range etc and have always gone back to my standard CHANEL....which I will ALWAYS USE......BUT with LA MER now. If you have any problems with your skin LA MER IS THE ANSWER - it does not and will not EVER sting. I had a facial microdermabrasion and let me tell you.....it is NOT easy BUT LA MER was the ONE AND ONLY CREAM THAT GOT ME THRU IT. ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE JUST AMAZING. Try one product - the original cream and go from there..............you will NEVER GO BACK. !!!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
